Ban Appeal, I guess

Hello
I'm new here, like, I literally just downloaded the game.
I was in the SiMPLE|BF1942 server when i got on a plane, shot a few bullets trying to find out how to do that and immediately after got banned.
It was on 19/02/2020 at 18.30 circa in CET.
I think my tag was BFsoldier (I understand this is the default tag and I didn't change it at the time so...).
