s there any form to modify texture.rfa and use it in mp?

Is there any form to modify texture, or animations.rfa, and use them on severs?. Or atleast make an exe for singleplayer only with the modified rfa, and a normal one for mp. I have doubts, because SiMPLE BF1942 has modified textures.
