Patrik and other trolls

Player called Patrik destroys tanks in own base, insults on chat, he moves arty with gunner inside and TKing - it happened just seconds ago on [FRA] server on battleaxe. Currently there are a lot of trolls with him, everyone have minus scores. Could anyone do something about this?

They were attacking me as well, non stop harassment, bias, taking ship and beaching it on Omaha, was previously name dooom, using map cheets, deliberated camping and targeting, then running in front of own teams planes and getting run over to give them minus scores
