PC has died

While im playing I smell a heat or burning thing in damn pc
Case was opened, I thought it was because that . then I continue to play, after 1 min; pc shutdown by itself and won't power on
Dafuq happend?
Give hope that motherboard didn't burn and if so will it burn gpu or cpu (I bought them since 2 months ago) :-(

If you can start the shit out of it again without any problems, hopefully nothing has been harmed. It's probably just a precaution and I guess it might be your CPU that's overheating but when you say you smell something it's a big chance it's the graphic card. Is it a laptop or a stationary computer? It might be some electrical error? More voltage than it should have can screw up delicate parts and might be the end of the computer.

There are some good fans you can buy for the computer, water cooler and nice air compressor that cleans the shit out of the computer from dust and shit.

Power button doesn't work , pc still off
I have checked the components temp such as power supply , gpu and it was hot !
Btw gpu has 2 fans gtx 750ti
And cpu fan is new i5 2400
But before 3 days I bought a used power supply hmm ??
Ah just forgot to mention that before 1 week ; 1 ram slot got corrupted.

just use your nose and find were the burnt smell comes from.. prolly power supply... pc would shut off before the CPU got that bad..you would loose video before the GPU got that bad too..

99% it's the Power Supplier
if it didn't hurt any other components

if you can afford it, I suggest to not buy used power supplies, they have depreciation
