Well, if you want to be professional bodybuilder you need to use steroids. You can not boost your own testosterone with natural stuff and look like them. wink

Good ways to boost their own testosterone:

- 8 hour of sleep and go to bed early, like 22:30.

- Zinc is very important to regulate the hormones and produce more testosterone.

- heavy squats are a good testosterone builder and sports

But young guys don't need this shit and you can build enough muscles without steroids. This guys looks like freaks and it's just ugly compared to natural bodybuilding for me.

Coleman is the biggest freak with the guy from your image.

That's true with those plastic bottles. It is because of the plasticizer which discharge feminine hormones... but not all plastic bottles. Only the soft pvc-bottles... i only buy glass bottles.

In the most toothpastes you will find plasticizer as well. Watch out in the ingredients for polyethylen. The seas are full of these plasticizer as they found out recently and they found this stuff in all kinds of fish. Really sick...

I don't agree with those genetics stuff 100%. Everybody can build good muscles if you work hard, sleep and eat good! Sure some guys can build faster muscles then others, but everyone can look muscular if he really wants. But there are limits and you can see if someone is juicing or not. People on juice have very big "3d" shoulder and huge traps for example.

I just mean, it is very important that you believe in it. If you think, well i have bad genetics, your body will not respond so well. You have to think positive and believe in everything! Mind body connection... wink

This crossfit is really interesting, but it is nothing for beginner. It is important to have a good form, otherwise you can injure very easily.

This crossfit is really interesting, but it is nothing for beginner. It is important to have a good form, otherwise you can injure very easily.

Most of injuries comes when u r not concentrated on workout ... I always warn ppl if they r with their thoughts in seven heaven to not even enter gym.. cos they can injury others with their dreamingly behave...
Also I look on each other fit level so I set workout to fit their level smile.
First 2 months Im teaching novices technique of weight lifting & basic crossfit excercisers.With right technique u cant hurt yourself smile.I always pay attention on everyone ... all cheats in technique will hurt you & may cost injur.
All new members of our family get formulars in which they after filling it out inform us about their previous sport activities/ injuries..etc
Nothing to fear as I said even grandmothers doing crossfit wink

Especially now when I start hitting the gym again more seriously after the summer (and have to get rid of the beer that comes with it tongue) I switch 3-5 dinners/week to 500g low-fat Quark. (Ive tried finding a good English site to describe it (wiki fails) but here is the nutritional facts: http://www.ichange.com/nutrition/how-ma … -low-fat-1   (close to spot on the one that I use).
Lots of protein and low on calories. It does taste terrible, why I mix it with some chocolate flavoured protein powder wink

It is very popular in the swedish gym/fitness industry.

Its in that direction, its not very popular in the US and many other countries, and unfortunately the word Quark means different things in different languages. In Sweden its a product kept separate from cottage cheese etc. but its in that direction. The taste and consistency is like pulverized dry-wall mixed with water and some elastic additive tongue

Thats why I was hesitant to post a link without nutritional values because then you might get the wrong thing, try my diet and blame me for getting fat big_smile
