What constitutes DIS?

I'm was running toward a plane, almost there, and a guy flies by me in a jeep to take the plane. I admit I blew up the plane which prompted a TK from the plane thief. Who's the real villain here? If someone races past me to steal my plane I'm gonna blow it up. This should not be seen as an independent case of DIS, but an act of self-justice. Sometimes it's necessary.

Report and let the admin deal with it. Your "self-justice" is just rule breaking under a different name.
