Got kicked in Stalingrad about an hour ago, without knowing the reason. When i asked about it, he asked me if i've got milk? lol

Are you sure it had nothing to do with these comments?

I've got the whole round recorded, didn't attack base once. You kicked me after i killed you in the house, not base and you used the !kdis command, something doesn't add up

The pistol shot at 33 seconds was amazing!

When things are compellingly unresolved with what has to be an underlying reason, it will invariably spillover outside of any authority, system, form of control, that is human nature, it is inherent, what is really being said here is yet once again, people are not looking closely enough or often enough, that same demand for scrutiny and resolution, concrete that people are on the same page about, will explode right out of a persons head and into a form of expression, of course im very restricted in that for being surlier than others but the principle remains the same and uniform for all people.

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas.
Now to look at this video:

Take a good look from the time I arrived @6:46 mark Jax base camping is on our side of base wall -we have no flags. and 2 more red goons behind him camping. Just in the 1st Minute as I arrived. I am using my med pack before I get out of the main.
Then 7:51 to 7:53 in the video when Tiger -Deeko? killed voz novaza - as I'm coming up the hill and am being hit as well and I am not out of the Main, its only been 1 minute and 5 seconds since I arrived and we are being camped. I still haven't made it out of the main. Deeko's bullets don't miss.
And if you think he misses, Skip ahead to 8:34 with the building protecting most of my body he hits me every shot when I'm on the top and second floor.
Now after watching this video do I think Deeko meant to hit me in the main when he was shooting voz novaza- probably not.
But did it look to me like he was camping too? Yes
I lost my admin rights without even being asked an explanation.
Summarizing: I kicked him because early on I felt like he camped me, and we all know Deeko and Simon's history.

qemu power static - Simon was on Deeko's team as well, they both were playing against us in this video, they have the same ip. So we will really know who is which1?
They neither can play league because they were caught cheating. Paul the head admin is in the same clan conquer.
Simon crashed the Simple server on purpose but, Paul lets them play with us? So the name is right it seems they will conquer Simple server 1 way or the other. Do either Simon or Deeko deserve to play on the server-Hell No-Once a cheat always a cheat. Not to be trusted.
And by the way I always ask if some one wants more time on a map and take the majority. Using that as an excuse to add to the reason of taking admin rights is pure shit!

We weren't using the same ip, even our pings are totally different in the video.

Hilly just admit you only see what you want to see and you can't find what's not there. You didn't expect deeko to record and tried to pull a sneaky kick. At least get your facts straight when there is a video, you had many days to do that. Pce

It is absurd that hbn was deprived of admins rights, this is a casual misunderstanding, return everything as it was. Although deeko can be understood, the guy leads his team along with his beloved older brother and he is very upset that he was kicked disgrace himself in front of his older brother ( this demolishes ego of any player ) I also turn inside out when admins kick because of misunderstanding or low information, or much more when kick for nothing, especially when you have good k/d and points but deprives admins rights , it’s too much

1st off Why and how are you able to play in the server Simon? You know when I was head admin I perm banned you and your brother from the server and the forums, because of the cheating and the server attacks. Do you deny this as well that you have both used cheats in the past?
Did you agree to stop crashing the server if they let you play?
Are you holding the server hostage?

2nd I could see tiger from where I was and maybe I wasn't the guy directly behind voz novaza, but I'm being hit as well.
Question is which 1 is you?
Are you camping too?
Where is the 1st 15-20 minutes of this video?
Lets get something straight here, from the time I come to the server to the time of the kick is only approx: 12 minutes. actually 11 from the time I'm being camped. He didn't suffer long. And he instantly returned. It was just a Kick.

Hilly, I found no warnings in chat prior to this kick, you only warned with !wbase afterwards, also you used a kick for disruptive gameplay and not for baseattack - !kdis intead of !kbase. Apparently killing you in this game is considered disruptive gameplay now? I rather consider that abuse of admin rights and yes we usually suspend admins for that - or did you expect to get away with it while denying video evidence in public? And we would have given a chance to you if you took responsibility when it happened, admitted you made a mistake and apologized for it but instead you tried to manipulate the facts saying deeko was baseattacking and when full video came up we saw there was no baseattack.

Hilly it is not first time you kick or ban someone for personal or at the very least questionable reasons, you have been giving some inappropriately long bans in past, did what you wanted with timer(and you rarely asked others if they wanted time off) and till now we only warned you, talked to you, asked you nicely - but we saw almost no changes and with this last abuse you left us no choice but to let you go.

If you want to blame me for that feel free to, but deep inside you know that it's only your fault because you had enough chances to do better but instead you did what you wanted. Now you make cheap excuses but while doing it please at least be honest and stay on topic because simon's crashing League servers back in 2011 doesn't have anything to do with this case or with SiMPLE in general, and till there is a proof you shall not accuse players of cheating as well as accusing admins of being corrupted - please tell me when did I ever treat any conquer clan player any differently than other players? Ask DoubTi if he feels privileged here, or even deeko - he got more severe bans from me than from majority of other admins.. It is also not hard at all to identify Deeko or Simon because they are using each his very own key that we keep track of so admins know who is who at any time - all admins know that.

I also wonder why you had to post my private message on public forum or why do you try portraying me or Raketen as bad people - because we didn't let you get away with what you did wrong? I respect you very much Hilly and I appreciate everything you've done for this community but please don't make it harder than it has to be. If our decision does not make you happy you shall appeal to Tuia as to higher instance, which I think you already did, but you could also ask yourself, what could you have done differently to prevent this from happening because it was all in your hands - you will realize that if you just look at the facts putting emotions aside.

BTW arent they supose to play whit teire real name tags on Simple servers ? Admins are more prone to surveillance whit them.

Did Hily made a mistake ? Maybe ? But whit all due respect Paul you should of warn and have a talk whit Hilly before revoking his rights. Not to mention that this was for a darn kick.

Wicht admin will be the next target ? I wich you reconsider and suggest you have a good talk the 3 of you.

Hilly is not even honest with the smile at the end. If he said that he overreacted because he can't let go of a grudge it would be different.

The footage doesn't lie and I don't know what you see there @Hilly. It is not my intention to attack you, but your ego is playing games on you. What Simon did or not did, (I don't know and I don't care) was when he was a kid. You are a grown man, just let go of the past.

"It was just a kick."? After this logic I could say, "it was just a kill in the base", and yet people get a ban for that.
I agree, it was just a kick, but it is abuse of power too.

My personal experience with Hilly is that he's a pretty nice guy. I think it's sometimes not easy not to get personal and I think Hilly summed up certain curiosities about these two players very well and I can somehow understand them. Maybe Hilly should have reacted a little differently, but I find this somehow embarrassing on all sides. I hope you don't let this get you down and don't lose the joy of playing!

Whatever the case is about us, Hilly was there to provoke a fight and was already ready to kick or ban us for whatever reason.
First he started with these questions about mods and "something not normal". But he didn't get the reaction he wanted. We didn't reply or break rules.
Then the kick comes in to further manufacture drama, but deeko simply asked "got kicked?"
And to finish off the trolling hilly replied with "got milk?"
That is a textbook way to provoke someone.

The unlucky part for him that makes it all ugly is that the recording was on and his fairy tales about base attack didn't hold water.
