Is doing nothing but being disruptive. Bombing bases. TKing, but before the TKed person dies, he switches teams, so that he gets the kill, then switches back.

I totally understand and have nothing to offer other than my pledge to resist temptation and play by the rules, that I am well aware of. I really do not need education. I deserved the punishment. If you want to lay some culpability on the maturity level on me, I guess I opened the door for that. Totally my bad. I appreciate the process that is available to ask for re-admittance. I appreciate your time in explaining to me why you booted me. I do not envy the position of admin. I am sure it seems like playground duty at preschool at times. I regret I was a part of that tonight. Thanks for allowing me back to the server. I enjoy playing there.

Not sure as to which admin did it, but I was banned tonight. I tossed a nade into main and I know that it was wrong. I know the rules on the simple server and am totally at fault for not following them. I humbly request that the ban be lifted so that I can continue to play on your server. I certainly understand that there are consequences for not abiding by rules and will understand the decision, if it is to remain banned. All I can say is that I erred, and all I can do is put forth that I will do my best, from here on out, to abstain from temptation (it really is tempting)...but I understand that if one does it, then.... and totally agree with consequences are necessary to maintain an orderly gaming experience.
So...I was absolutely in the wrong and concur with the consequence. I would only request that it be lifted at some point so that I can continue to play on your server.

There is a growing resentment in this country of exactly what that first picture screams...racial entitlement (if that was actually written on his sign). A black man, like sharpton, can publicly say that, but if the reverse is true, a white guy is a racist. America has allowed this to happen and it has grown legs. It will be interesting to see where the breaking point happens.
I am not arguing the stats. They are reflective of the prison population and speak for themselves. I am going to stick with cultural. Or it would be 100% or at least higher than what you quote. If it is born within your genes you cannot escape it...why isnt the % higher?
There is no scientific study to show that there is a black genetic trait of criminality, Tuia. That is silliness. The stats point to an embarrassment of that community. But for most black leaders, it is the elephant in the room. They would rather point outward than look at this tremendous problem of criminal thinking that plagues their own race.
Sorry man...just cannot go the genetic route with you. There isn't an iota of scientific genetic evidence to indicate your position has a trace of validity. It is behavior based...as most criminal acts, regardless of where it happens and the color of ones skin.

There are enough successful blacks to disprove they are being held back. We (America) have not helped by increasing entitlements. I think, to some, it gives the false sense of being owed something. But that isn't an excuse for criminal behavior...bitching...ok .... but it has to stop there.
As far as the criminal behavior that folks feel justified in doing after some lame incident (that our president and atty general made worse) ... the consequences are not steep enough to prevent that. Never have been. Make an announcement, give the looters, arsonists...criminals 30 minutes to go back to the house, then join with the national guard and open a can of whoop ass on them and take back your community. It is silly...all they have to do is see that the consequence doesn't justify the risk/reward. Criminal thinking has no color boundaries. It does respect preservation of life. Most of the times...lol. I guess the gentle giant disproves that...what an idiot.
A community should not allow themselves to be brutalized like that. DEFEND yourself and your neighbor.

In the first book we learn that man has been saddled with being fallible. Then we get a hint of things to come by one brother killing another brother by cracking his gourd. Whether it actually happened or is a parable, is unimportant... It forewarns us that man has the capability and will commit atrocities against his fellow man while we inhabit this earth. And with the power of the magnificent brain, which aids in our ability to have free will...man has engineered and carried out the most horrific ways to commit death and destruction upon his fellow man since the first sin. And he is not through. So whether it was 4 jews or 14 million, does it really matter? Over 50 million people died during that war. Why is there a need to point fingers and have your belief trump anothers. Blame, political beliefs, religion, will not bring 50M lives back, nor will it heal the wounds of the family members that were victimized by mans will to commit evil and regrettable acts. Take the time to understand why and do what you can to propagate peace and love.
First of all…no one tricked me into saying cheat. I totally was using the term in a totally different aspect. When I got kicked for using it the first time, I should have respected the fact that using the term wasn't allowed on the server. Instead, I was a smart ass and said it again. My consequence was getting banned. It was my fault. I should have known better.
Secondly, I never said saying the word cheat was ridiculous. Regardless of what my feelings are towards what is or isn't an offensive word…I respect the fact that I am playing on someone’s server who has rules and if I want to continue playing on that server, I must abide by those rules. I enjoy playing on this server. It is admin’ed very efficiently and this allows for competitive play, as well as fun. What else could anyone want?
Thirdly, I have played this game an embarrassingly very long time. People do use offensive names. I use to really get whacked out about that, but have come to realize, this is just part and parcel of a public offering. People like to draw attention to themselves in the oddest ways, you just have to allow for that and go on. Now if they are slanderous or racist in their game chat, that is a different story…again…it is that whole pointless point of view for attention, and it allows for a little sweeter feeling when you kick their ass in game play.
Lastly, I would like to thank Tuia for his kindness and understanding in allowing me back on the server. My intentions for my post were not to cause divisiveness on this forum…bottom line...I made a dumb mistake that I won’t make again and I enjoy playing on this server.
I play under Sam-I-Am and have for a long time. I have played on your server off and on for a long time and recently quite a bit. First of all, I would like to thank you for providing a challenging and entertaining place for us to play and also compliment your admins. They do a good job of balancing fun vs power and do a very good job at keeping a clean playing environment offered for us.
Tuia, tonight I was chatting with flick and a couple others and had no idea you got booted for saying “cheat”. You can ask any of your admins…I am not a problem maker, I play hard and clean and don’t call folks names, unless it is in jest and most of them know me and know I am kidding. Tonight, someone said I used a big word and I said I had a “cheat sheet”. I got kicked.
I came back and said God must not have liked me saying a couple of things
And then I added “cheat”, thinking I would get kicked again…since I had already jacked what I had done in the game, I felt that I would just log back on.
Little did I know, the second infraction of posting cheat is a ban.
I want to apologize for taking lightly something you take seriously. I understand that your server is your house and I was disrespectful of your rules. I would also ask that you show some leniency in taking into account the manner in which I used the word. I think Flick will vouch for me (on this occasion only), that I was not being disruptive. In the future, I can promise that this infraction will never occur on your server again. I get the message.

Hey guys...first of all, I have really enjoyed playing on the USA server...thanks for making it available.
secondly, I have downloaded the patch and applied it...but I am seeing NO activity on either the USA or France server. Is that me, or is that really happening and why?
Moon and SOC are still active...
