If assdriller wants a name change what about arsedriller it's more comical but I support assdriller on this matter and that he dos'ent need to change his name. Arse driller souns more funny then again its my opinion.

I experimented with that, you have to hit the look button and then apply a certain amount of mouse. While you technically can do that with joystick scripting programs, it felt like cheating (on many servers key scripting *is* considered cheating). And plus, you can't fly while looking anyway. Much better just to assign the hat button to different views.
I dont think it's a cheating because mouse pilots can use that feature and you cant. It just makes you equal.
Ok i solved the problem, joytokey is working. It wasnt working for the first time because of my joystick soft but i fixed that. So basically download and install joytokey and assign mouse movement to top hotch thing. Good luck in air

All Simple servers are under the same rules, and should be ran the same way. It can be rather confusing to players to be able to use a nickname on the main SIMPLE server, but when they go to join RTR/SW and get kicked for it. And you really don't need to be on the server to see that ASSDRILLER really isn't an offensive name. If he is a troll, admins should kick him for trolling, but he was kicked for a name that is supposedly offensive. His name probably wasn't going to start any drama unless every time he killed someone he said "PREPARE FOR ASSDRILLING" or some shit like that.. But kicking him for his name certainly stirred some drama.
No i am not a troll i dont type some BS in game chat, i just like to play some old bf1942
I am so amazed how much attension got this topic, i dont mind people voting. Even if it wont decide anything it would be interesting for me to know what people think about it. Because this nametag thing happened to me for the first time, I really had no intensions to upset or provoke other players.

Its not about an abuse of admin rights.
You are free to choose the name you want- unless the others find it offensive or inappropriate.Then you are kindly asked to change it, and thats what happened.
And keep in mind, there can be kids playing this game, another reason why we dont tolerate swearing lang in chat and that kind of nicks.

So there has to be decision from jedi council(admins) whether i can keep it or not. Otherwise it's just like one admin is ok with that and other is not and kicks me.And this game is something like 16+ or 18+ so little kids should not play this game.
I would like to hear the story behind your name though.
Me and my friend were playing unreal tournament with a MOD with new guns.So in this mod your first weapon was a drill and my friend was kinda bad at this game and i could easily sneak up on him many times.After i was tired shooting him in back i started to use drill.And my friend was laughing and yelled at me "STOP DRILLING MY ASS!!" .This is how i came up with that name and ever since i am ASSDRILLER

Please, don't kick or ban people for such nicknames because they aren't offensive at all. It's absurd like if I say that it's a kind of sexual intolerance towards him. He maybe likes to drill arses or be drilled by the others.

I use my old logitech extreme 3D pro joystick but the problem is i just can't look around when i fly.To do so you need use mouse which is not an option or download some programm that allows joystick to immitate mouse movement.I downloaded joytokey3.7.4. and it allows to bind mouse movement to top hotch thingy but it just doesnt work in game.I can controll mouse movement in windows or any other games but not in BF1942. Did anyone have same problem? I have windows 7 .

I don't think any Admin is abusing you. But as I already told you, (in your introduction) I'm not comfort with your name, neither your profile at all. For me your profile is just to upset ppl and/or to just provoke. And don't tell anyone you're "new" to all this.

Since you rehistered and presented your self, i have also thougth about that
your name could be considered as offensive.If i where you i would simply change it and move on.

I was playing on RtR+SW server and got kicked 2 times by admin, it happened 20 mins ago.He just warned me to change my nickname and didnt reveal his name.Why should i change my nickname?Because this admin doesnt like it or what?I play on original Simple server a lot and no admin complains about my nickname.I even signed up here and took exactly the same nickname and still no complains.So i wanna know what the hell is going on?Why this admin abuses his right just because he doesn't like my nickname?

You play a lot on server and yet you bombed us 3 times....First aairfield destroyed all planes then you fly over base 2 times ypou destroyed 2 tanks.We lost because of you we couldnt attack I gave 5 warrnings and even told you DONT DO IT.But since you wanted medal so much you decided to bypass the rules.The hole map was allies side base sniping,mustang attack on af and ASSDRILLER with b17 bombing.
I do play a lot on this amazing server.And i am sorry and i admit my fault.
