Paleo diet means no grains right? That sucks...
No bread, no burger, no rice, no oat flakes. Oat flakes have lots of zinc. I eat every day about 100g of it.
I thought people get used to the paleo diet when they want to lose weight. And when you want to lose weight, you don't need such a diet. You just need a deficit of kcal and that's all. Enough proteins is important though...
What is so good about this diet? If you feel better then do it.
Well dary u r right , but thats just half truth ) . Im training a lot as i mentioned b4.Thats why I added carbs(like rise , potatoes beetroot) to paleo diet(Not much, only what body asks for ). Of couse no Breat no Grains .. but usefull to add No tooth caries :DDD from tht grass

True, i have an old book here with photos from Native Americans. They had white healthy tooth. After adding sugar and white flour to their diet, they got caries. Just check the link...

I cook a lot. But i have to admit that i ate lots of spaghetti lately. I should buy brown spaghettis.
True, they add sugar almost everywhere. Even if you want to buy beans in a tin or sour cucumbers in a glass.

It was forbidden to purchase Stevia in europe as a sweetener till few years ago. Some supermarkets sold it as toothpaste. Sugar lobby.
My brother found a new sweetener which is like sugar, i will post i later when i ask him... i mean Stevia is nice, but it has its own taste which some people don't like.
I need advice. I was in the hospital today and the dentist said that he need to remove one tooth with debris and root to mount a special dental implant device made of titanium to the bone tissue. It's fucking expensive to pay about 500 EUR for one tooth but it's not the price that alarms me. The dentist also said that I need to keep to a special mouth-feeding tube diet for a week or two, because I should not chew or grind my meal. What can I eat if I don't want to keep my weight off and be healthy? It will be very difficult without bread, meat and vegetables.

You can blend everything... like potatoes with peas is one of my favorites or beans and meat if you want. I would just blend meals and add water. hehe
Btw. @ say, i am visiting my brother now and this sweetener is call Xylitol. I just tried it and it is really tastes sugar, but it has no after taste like with stevia. But it has more calories like stevia but not as much as sugar. It has about half as much calories as sugar. The good thing is that it will not cause caries. It is just expensive.

Do you mean not cooked milk? I don't know, i have just read that pasteurized milk isn't good neither. I remember that my aunt just cooked the fresh milk and i would prefer this milk anytime.

Well I was on vacation now in Greece, I got a girlfriend there, and only thing that helped me f**k her 4 times in a row was a nice large piece of homemade pork ham with tomatoes and half liter of fresh milk! So, thing that he has no sexual drive is because he has no life and plays video games only. By the way, I'm a bloody sexual beast and I eat meat on regular day basis.
