Seriously timmos: If the admin work would be so crap then you would not play on this server anymore. But in some points you are right: I kicked once an admin because of his behaviour who was there with a fake nick. He rejoined some seconds later and banned me. Tuia unbanned me and removed my admin rights.

I am pretty sure that there are a few admins who are too stupid to do their job but as long as you enjoy playing at the server there is no reason to complain. It just make sense if you show up with screens or videos the missbehaviour.
