You are funny mightysim, but like I said before, I did not cheat against avernes, even though they did to me by using !Kill commands and probably some minimap-tricks too. The way they always knew where I was, just to get killed by me and call me a hacker. I could care less what you would think about my ufo bombings.

No one contradicted my point that if units around a firing unit weren't also fair game, then they could be used as "human shields," so I take it that nearby units are in fact fair game as well.
IMHO nope, there is no such thing in this game as "acceptable collateral damage in mainbase attack" For example in B-axe, you´re in plane and try to bomb active AA but you miss and kill a plane in ground and a couple of planewhores waiting in line => !kbase of course..
So choose your weapon and aim well before attack...
And please give admins some credit, nobody is gonna kick you if you kill one engy with that wespe that was shooting from mainbase, they know better, they have years of experience in this game...
But if you kill ppl in main all the time...
On going onto the enemy base, I'm still not sure about this one, as I have been on both sides of this issue. I get the impression, though, that it is allowed to actually enter the enemy base for purposes of "neutralizing" someone who is firing from it. Is that correct?
IMHO no, theres ammo boxes so you dont have to use knife for that fancy sniper kill and in my opinion stealing enemy tanks etc. is same as attacking so its a no-no too. So why you go to enemy base if u cant kill or steal anything?

I took a day of ban and now another admin banned me again, doing nothing in the game.
I'm not teamkills and this, neither you nor anyone else can say otherwise.
So, you did get a 1 day ban, DID YOU OBEY IT ?
If YES => no need for permban
If NO => you fucked up and need to ask for admins to feel pity for you or you will be permbanned
PS. next time, dont teamkill on purpose, it will harm your framerate

If I hurt your feelings for calling you LoneWolf McLame, than I apologize. It's really a comment on your style of game play more than anything. I don't expect you to have in depth conversations with me or anyone else in TS, but if your going to be in TS, if any admin wants to address you regarding something that's going on in game, it is not acceptable to mute them or ignore them. I will refrain from directing any personal comments or conversation towards you, unless it directly relates to the game itself. You have the freedom to mute or ignore anyone else in TS, but it unacceptable to mute or ignore any admin, whether it be in TS or in game. I believe going forward we can have an amicable relationship in both the game and on TS.

That bold text is pure bullshit and as lame excuse. Ofc i can ignore or mute whoever i want. If i break rules => admin warns and kicks and bans asop, he doesnt even have to know that he is on ignore, he goes by the book.
Or is there a minimum of words per round in TS or u get kicked?

Here is the bottom line. When you leave the safety of your base you cannot go back to your base under any circumstance and expect a safe haven. Once you have committed to the battlefield you are fair game no matter where you are, Period.

I posted the Video in the Admin section late last night. I'm not sure if I am supposed to post the video's in the public forums, I will check with PitViper. I agree, that in hindsight I acted to hastily. I am trying to get a feel for what I think is cheating/hacking compared to what others feel is cheating/hacking. My apologies to Jazzy & Twigs for the quick ban. I am really just trying to help all the people who play on the USA server the best and most fair game play, so If I make a mistake once in awhile, again I apologize.

Not meaning this case particulary but for example; think how suspicious your gameplay will look to some random player on public, just because you are on TS with say 3 other players...
-how you can spot tanks, planes, flag attacks etc. for your team all over the map => random guy in chat " you must have maphack!!"

I admit I have had a lot of bans, but only one on this server which I am asking to be uplifted and given a second chance. I always learn after a ban, im just a bit of a handful with a few problems that are hard to manage sometimes.
You seem to have memory problems
- dont remember how many servers have banned you
- dont remember why you were banned
-dont remember nicks you use
-etc...
And you made the royal flush of stupidity by getting banned on 3 major servers of bf1942...
And you ´re asking for second chance for third time or smthing like that on Moongamers...
I bet you will fuck up your every "second chance" because you just cant behave when you get drunk or high or whatever you use.
If three different admin groups on different servers have made same observation ( that you are trouble) that just about makes it a statistical truth.

I AM the original Tugg Speedman USMC. It has been brought to my attention that I have been a revent topic in here. I've read the posts and complaints, all of which are untrue.
I was a regular player on Modded Midway until it went away. It was constantly being crashed, etc... So a group of us created our own Midway server/site that was running smoothly for a short time. Until...
Until hackers and crashers started coming in and making it useless to even try to play. Sadly, we had to add a password. However, we still play today and the core group gets along just fine.
As for the allegations of my foul gameplay, they are 100% false. We've seen several people "copy" someone's name and pretent to be them. Clearly this is the case for any other Tugg Speedman players than I. And some of the complaints are from maps that I have either played once or twice or even not at all!
I'm good friends with some of the best... Global, Molk, Zoidberg, Ginslinger, Pusherman, XFiles and more. I am an Admin for three different servers and I demand fair play. I've never cheated nor will I. I despise cheating and hacking and all I want to do is just play a fun game of Battlefield 1942 without worry of hackers, crashers, false player names, etc.
My CD key and IP have always been the same and they always will. And yes, TOOKIE GOODNIGHT has been a thorn in many of our sides for a while now. Hey TOOKIE... You know my gameplay style and you know good and well that your Tobruk complaints below are 100% false against me, the R-E-A-L Tugg Seedman. And shall we share why YOU were banned from The Zoo? Hmmm?

Hi Tugg. Im the one who started this thread and i can say that i saw a player with your tag shooting own tanks and teamkilling, so the accusation is not false.
However i didnt know keyhashes nor had i tools to get them so i reported here on forum as a normal operation procedure. Let those who can sort them out.
Im sure it was a namefaker but please, dont suggest that i was lying when i made the report.
I´ve got better things to do than post made-up accusations. GL and HF
