Tried it on Fedora got the same problem as you so switched to Debian and it all works fine

Unless I am mistaken on maps where there is a bridge as an exit point then this marks the kill zone, at least this has always been the case in the past on this map and Casino and Salerno, if I am mistaken then I can only apologies for the kick.  All that said the two medics and one sniper that I witnessed you wipe out were no threat to you and it makes little difference if they were shooting your team mates or not they were still not active targets for you.

The rules state:
- Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (basecamping or basebombing) is not allowed. You must not snipe at the main base. You are not allowed to shoot at planes during take-off. All other vehicles must be given the opportunity to leave their base. Nevertheless, it's permitted to air strike at a fireing AA gun or a shooting artillery that's inside the base.
- The previous basecamping/basebombing rule does not apply to Battle of Britain map and Capture the Flag (CTF) maps.

You were kicked for attacking main base because you were indiscriminately firing into allied main.  Yes there was a zooker firing at you but even after your several kills he was still firing at you so the players you killed were not active targets for you.
You parked the tank in full view of allied main so I am not surprised you were being fired upon but then it appeared that was the reason for putting it there and therefore justify your claim.  At the time you were kicked the allied team only had two zookers one that had been killed on the bridge and one that you eventually killed but this did not stop your barrage.

Twice the message was put out to not attack enemy main you choose to ignore this.

Your kick was justified.

Yep I agree with Bud sounds like your disk maybe on its way out.  Check disk will only find logical errors but if the error is mechanical it will not report it, does the drive tick at all?

Repeatedly hit F8 from a cold boot and try and go into safe mode with network, a lot of the time this will fix any problems but you can also check to see if the program you removed is still causing a problem.
