As you all can see in the above link this guy is awful.
He teamkilled Latino 4 times this round, and Latino asked for him to be banned.
I issued a warning of chat spam and Ari types all the way across the screen Admin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just check the logs.
So he is banned again

Click on the above link. This is the reason Merlin is being banned, it started off as 000 reported him for team wounding on Bocage as they both waited for the B-17 so I kicked him for it. Then he asked me again, and I told him OOO reported him for team wounding and I have never seen 000 shoot or team wound any 1 intentionally for a plane. This is Merlin's response: I shoot him after he has been doing it! For months on end! Not to tk him tho! Only a discipline wound.
Which means Merlin team wounds to keep 000 away from the b-17

Merlin,
You was kicked just 5 mins earlier for base bombing.
You came from behind and killed a tank and 2 infantries, beside the windmill on Market Garden they were on their way out of the base definitely not shooting at you, as they stood no chance from your rear attack.
Also you stacked to allies as soon as you came into the map[Market Garden] because you wanted the b-17.
And you killed those poor soles at the end of the map and said {don't Mess With Me} lololol You think I didn't see that? 
I cant nor would I unban for this, you will serve your 1 day ban.
Its time you accept your responsibility of your wrong doing, and tell the truth! Or I can foresee more and longer bans in your future.
Besides your to good of a player to be doing shenanigans like this, {Base bombing Tanks and Infantry}.. Hopefully this is not how you want to be remembered.

In case it is as arijevac showed it on the map: No baseattack imo.
If the admin says the mark on the map is not correct, he should present where he thinks the Bombrun happened.
In doubt, maybe the logs say somethink about it.
However if the tank was allready shooting at him before, that doesn´t even matter if arijevac didn´t destroy inactive in base as well.
This makes me think the bocage story has become a bad example of how admins consider a base to be way larger than it actually is.
I noticed that the admins on the SW server, maybe also on RTR server, interpret the rules differently than on the server of the basic version, in this case it would be spongier.
That is not good and it becomes worse if we have such different interpretations on a single server.
if we do not tie the borders of the bases to the sandbags or fences, we have to provide detailed information for each map, where else the borders are.
Otherwise admins and their friends can abuse it by interpreting the area of the base each time in their favour and some will.
Anyway it would be much harder to judge in practice if the boundaries are not physically recognizable, especially if you want to do it fair.
Click on the link below to see the map of where Ari. base attacked 2 tanks killing both as they left the main, as I viewed it from standing by the barn. all of our equipment was smoking and needed repairs. Abas told Dr. Strange just last week that the base borders were the 1st grid line after coming out of the base and to stay back.

Arijevav you was base bombing tanks on Kursk as they came from the main base , I issued a do not base attack and told you to stay back, at which point you began your verbal abuse as usual. Then you were banned for 1 day and afterwards other guys on the server said the ban was not long enough for you and I should have banned you earlier than I did ! The ban took place around 8est USA, that's 2am for most of Europe 3am for Ukraine and Russia I think. I don't have access to the server logs, but if any one would like to check this guys conduct please do. And feel free to copy and paste from the logs this mans comments he made in chat his verbal abuse is awful.The end!

This is Hillbillyninja i have been banned the reason I would not know.
The last I played on here was last nite around midnite with Oscar Goldman,icebags,Piper an Jawbreaker were all in TS together around midnite...thats the last I played. Tried to get on the server this morning=Banned?
Now there has been an imposter going around changing his name I seen this yesterday..he changed his name 4 times to names I recognized 1 was ATF King and i knew King would never do that.
