It may not be quite as simple as the T-34 being the decisive factor in Germanys downfall. It was a good tank in many ways, and a bad tank in many. People overlook it's defects the same way they do the Tiger. Once the good bits are weighed against the bad bits it's a numbers game. A Two-Front War was the really decisive factor. I doubt those T-34's would have made the difference if the full weight of Third Reich military power was focused on a single Eastern Front with no impediment from the West.

That is a very simple way of explaining it. I did get killed. Upon his 6th attempt. 6 times in a row he managed to attack me from rear when his team had no flags and only base. He never attacked either of my team mates. This is why I think he is using the map hack or name tag hack. Not because I got killed once. It is his common method.

Market Garden is perhaps the worst balanced map in the whole BF1942 game. Factually there were no Americans at Arnhem - it was British paratroops, and they lucked out because the 6th SS heavy panzer battalion was being rested fresh from a tour of the Eastern Front the other side of the bridge. Now, without getting into too much of a history lesson, the weather was very poor and did not allow superior Allied air power to help. So there were no Allied planes. BF1942 gives the Allies not just fighters but a bomber as well! So the answer is to either remove the planes or at least balance it up by giving Axis some planes. Allies will still keep their tanks even though they never had any close enough to support the paratroops, but the Allied tanks are to the rear in the game, which is more factually accurate, and means the paras have to hold the bridges until their tanks arrive. Which was the whole point of Market Garden. Those paras were not equipped to stop Tiger tanks and the American tank column meant to support them got bogged down on a single track road so never made it to help. Market Garden is a 9 out of 10 times guaranteed victory for Allies. Far too predictable and spirit sapping for Axis players. Allies do not deserve those 2 Sherman spawns at the church. They should be repositioned to the rear on the Allied airfield. I know Tuia has made some tweaks to the map but it actually needs more surgery.

The Olympics whether Winter or Summer is a waste of time and money. Both should be shut down and stopped. Too many drug cheats. I've been hearing about doping scandals in sport for DECADES. Fucking DECADES. I'm no longer interested in who can run 100 metres the fastest and may or may not be on drugs. I'm more interested in seeing who can run 100 metres fastest while on whatever drugs they want to take. When I hear that an athlete has been sanctioned for drug cheating in the Curling event, it makes me wonder if there is even a single area where the drug cheating is not going on. It's a fucking farce that happens every two years regular as clockwork. A Drug Olympics would not only be more interesting, it would be more honest.

Okay. Before it goes any further, I lost a 1vs1 round me in M10 and Coonic in Tiger. At the end when I quit the scores were 9-8 to Coonic. The round was first to 10 kills. I am owed a rematch on account of a best of 3 basis, as a single toss of a coin should not decide a contest. I went into this match expecting to be the Tiger, but when I joined the server Coonic had taken Axis and got the Tiger. I may not be in my favoured vehicle, but I am still wanting at least 1 more round of 1vs1 with 1st to 10 kills and me in the M10 again. If I lose 2 out of 3 then I admit defeat. Does that answer who is the best? It does as far as M10 vs Tiger. And I would still then demand a turn in the Tiger with the same conditions. Should I lose 2 out of 3 rounds in that instance I would be shown to have lost in a more conclusive way. Should the contest continue with these points in mind, I think it best that the evidence should be recorded as player Jim2102 offered to do. So, I am admitting defeat according to the loosest definition if posters here think I should surrender my position at this point.

Yes e.S, I am probably the games most feared troll. If I get action against me for that then fine. I am not disagreeing with the Admin's rights to do a job, I am pointing out that a reasonable sanction for a certain type of behaviour is accepted by most players, whereas permanent bans for extreme behaviour can be overturned in 1 minute by some players with "3rd party" knowledge and assistance. Banning someone for a week who isn't able to evade the ban is a lot less frustrating than banning someone permanently then seeing them pop back up on the server immediately. But back to my point about this vote and it's consequences. I don't see it solving anything unless the ground is levelled and every member of the forum has Admin rights issued on a rotational basis whether they want it or not. This way any rogue Admins will have to watch their back if they're dishing out punishments on a whim. It could be them on the receiving end next time one of their victims gets their turn. And no, I am not angling to get Admin rights for myself. They seem to be more of a burden than anything, but if it's my turn to carry it, I accept knowing it's for a limited period of time before it's someone else's turn.

I didn't vote because I can't choose between the 3 Admins I have acrimony with. But, judging by the vote results, the Admins with the most votes are part of the 3 I would like seen brought down to earth. Only Coonic is escaping the wrath, but he's agreed (at some point) to 1vs1 me so there will be judgement and resolution. This however is a private grudge that will be settled. I like to think the "winners" of the vote should have to fight 1vs1 live stream recorded to keep their Admin rights. Maybe not against me, if I lose I'm getting punished and I know it so I might not be around to even get the chance.

We need an independent from the forum to live stream and record it. Even if it takes the rest of the week to set up. There are high stakes.

The gun server you suggested doesn't show up on my server list when it's updated. It seems there are very few dedicated Aberdeen servers. There are two SoH and Tamplier  clan War Servers dedicated Aberdeen but they require passwords.

By the way, people worried about offensive names in game shouldn't worry. I've seen Hitler playing plenty of times over the years, and he always gets slaughtered. Sometimes Hitler even plays as Allied, and I've seen Axis players declare him a traitor who must be killed.

1vs1 Aberdeen best of 3 twenty minute rounds first to 10 kills wins a round no mines no ex packs you die with your tank I will take on any Admin or simon/deeko as long as its recorded live stream by an independent observer and if I lose, I accept a 1 year ban that sticks. They lose? They lose, no penalty except that the whole community can see that they won fairly or by cheating. After 16 years of honest play where no one has accused me of cheating but plenty have avoided 1vs1 I think I am offering a golden opportunity to the haters with no strings attached except fair ones.
