Very interesting idea of having a qualifying stage. If it is doable somehow, it should be everyman for himself, no teams whatsoever and you just try to kill everything that moves.
Maybe as a quick set up, add all participating players to one team and have one player in the opposite team as a spectator, then all kills, which will be teamkills, would give plus 1, instead of minus score.
Not a bad idea.
That would be like uuuz's reg test server, only noone could be in the "other team" there.
The spectator could also just not spawn.

Thanks for your patience, the server needed to be set up from scratch and it can take some time to fine tune it.
Therefor, there could always be some settings that is set wrong in a hurry.

SiMPLE Battlefield 1942 servers, as always, can be connected from bf1942.team-simple.org or team-simple.fr addresses, preferably. The new server IP is 37.187.92.162, in case you really need it.!
If you dont have the master-patch installed or dont want to install it for some reason then you can add the server manually.
Ports are the following:
BF1942 = 14567
RTR+SW = 14568
New Maps = 14569
Tanks a lot = 14571
In Battlefield 1942 go to:
MULTIPLAY > INTERNET > ADD SERVER > IP: 37.187.92.162 > PORT: (see above) > press OK > UPDATE
Now you have the new SiMPLE server in your list.
Remove the old SiMPLE server from your favorite:
Press once on the old SiMPLE server > REM FAVORITE
Add the new SiMPLE server to your favorite:
Press once on the SiMPLE server > ADD FAVORITE

Today i make a mistake with sniping,i shoot my own team three times,when i shoot they where far away and i shoot my own team
then i got a ban ,i hope someone can unban me?i hope i am on the right site?

Also make a new topic for your appeal.
And maybe be more carefull in game, you teamkilled me 1x time and Blindschuetz 2x times in Market garden tonight, but we know stuff happens sometimes.

One day Rose wouldn't give me a cupcake. No warning, nothing. Geez, worse than PipeR.
Without knowing exactly what happened in this case.
I suspect Blindschuetz stole all her cupcake's to sell it in his APC truck, and Rose had to be so speechless she couldn't give you a warning.
And dont eat Blindschuetz icecream either, he does not store it in a freezer and his sprinkles are made of shredded landmines.
Also he makes waffles in that truck and refuse to give you some, so the smell is just to torment you.

That dont make any sense.
Rose is very nice and patient admin that gives everyone fair warnings.
But if you deliberately teamkill then you might expect a direct kick.
I advise you to read the Server Rules

I am not 100% sure about it, I said "I think". 
Just my opinion drawn from the New Maps server, and the fact you will need another program to automatically download the maps that the server runs, or manually download some pack of maps and have the knowhow where to get and put them.
Although that info can be put here on the forum to solve that problem.
I have never seen more than 5 ppl playing on the New Maps server at the same time, maybe I dont monitor it well enough.
And that server is pretty nice to get some map variety, I play there from time to time.
Maybe some day we will see somekind of custom map server who knows.

However that would be fun, I think it would not have many players on it so what's the point.
