Why have I seen Merlin playing 2 or 3 days ago on SimpleFRA, if he is banned?

I can confirm that some days ago a player named "Binn Falor" or similar harassed Merlin's game.

Anycase, I heard that during your absence from the server in the last days due to your ban, trolls almost disappeared. So probably they are targeting you, and you only. Please think about this.

Well it's right, I've been permbanned again from Simple server. Probably because I've harassed/tked someone and evaded the ban. Maybe this new permban it's a bit tough, maybe it's a fair punishment, anyway I'm not going to appeal, I'm aware that I wouldn't be pardoned again.

I'd only want to say that I've originally asked for the unban with a sincere spirit, and at the beginning I behaved well. But afterwards my troll nature has taken over, and I've violated the rules again.

Anycase, I'm not a cheater anymore. I didn't lie when I said to LL22 that I've stopped using hacks.

With regard to Oz server: yeah, I've been a griefer of that server for a certain time. The server isn't under attack anymore, but the admin (Overzane) probably is not going to invest his time on it again; also the admins team has disappeared. So it's not uncommon to see cheaters there, since there are not admin to ban them. I think the Oz Wake population won't reach the splendours of the past years.

@Raketen: 1) on Oz you don't use an Ip ban system, so it's not very difficult to evade; 2) currently you have not any reason to ban me, because I don't cheat, neither I cause troubles on Oz wake (the few times I play there), as I did in the past.

Well I've already reinstalled the game (Origin version) some days ago...I don't think it's a problem of the game.

If any admin could check the perm-banlist I think it could be helpful. If I won't result banned, I'll try to reinstall the game using that link.

exactly. As I said in my first post, I'm not simply banned, I am banned permanently, that is "ip banned", if I'm not wrong.

That's probably why I can't join Simple server if I try connect from my home. Probably if I used a Vpn I could bypass the permban, because in this case my Ip become different, and I would be allowed to join.

I've tried, but with no results. I'm still not allowed to join Simple servers (and only them).

Well, actually I may have used some other nicknames (one of these could be "DeusEx", but I don't remember any other). Also it's almost sure that I evaded the ban with a different nickname. However, at 99% I was banned when playing in the french version of the Simple | Bf1942 server.

Maybe you can check my ip to verify if it's present into the permbanned ip list.
