Seems this "General Pavel" has no surname, just name.
The fat guy you are making fun of and the others at the background are dressed into old Ukrainian border control camouflage. I presume, this photo is 5-7 years old. These guys are Ukrainians.

I found the source of these news.
https://conservativefighters.co/news/lo … etirement/
Pavel made his bones in the Soviet Union’s 1980s invasion of Afghanistan. He retired five years ago, and now reportedly washes his five daily meals down with a full bottle of vodka. According to the Daily Star, he required a custom-tailored uniform and two sets of body armor.
Even though Pavel seemingly enjoyed a gluttonous retirement, he had no choice but to heed Putin’s call, the source told the Daily Star.
“Putin is like a mafia boss who no one can refuse to obey,” the source said. “If a retired general gets a message from Putin saying mother Russia needs you to fight in Ukraine there is not much you can do. There is no escape from Russia thanks to the sanctions.”
Ukraine claims Russia has lost nearly 34,000 troops in the war, which began in February. At least nine generals and 55 colonels and lt. colonels have reportedly been killed so far.
Pavel may lose weight fast on the front lines. Russian troops are reportedly being forced to eat dogs because of a shortage of rations. The SBU, Kyiv’s security and intelligence agency, released a text message exchange earlier this month purportedly between two Russian soldiers. A soldier stationed near Crimea allegedly told his friend that he and other troops had eaten a Yorkshire terrier.
“It’s all f*****. [Ukrainians] are f****** beating us like kids,” the soldier allegedly wrote. “We eat dogs, there’s no food. Today we ate a Yorkie. A Yorkshire terrier.”
The SBU made a similar claim in March, alleging it had intercepted a phone call in which a Russian soldier told his family he and others ate local dogs.
“Are you eating OK at least?” he was asked.
“Not too bad,” the soldier allegedly replied. “We had alabay [a sheepdog breed found in Central Asia] yesterday. We wanted some meat.”
What about the other things like "30,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in action and up to 100,000 have been injured"... If you like to eat this shite — bon appetite then.

I am curius on how this is portrayed in Russia.
let's forgive this site loud headlines and "pulling by the ears" of any mutual problems after these words.
most importantly, your newspaper forgot to write other words said by Tokaev immediately after the non-recognition of quasi-states: he said that for the recognition of territorial integrity. This means that as soon as the regions of Ukraine become part of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan will recognize them without problems.
And you understand that this was not news for Putin.
Such meetings do not take place without "closed" conversations where it was discussedAt the same time it shows that he's a little bit on the fence, wheter its because he's waiting to see wich horse wins or to avoid any western sanctions, who knows. But offcourse he's in Russias pocket, no Russia no Tokaev.
Nameless, thats the main differance between western and russian propaganda. Our is written by idiots who whent to journalist School and haven't worked nor experienced much during their life. They write uncritical and without depth. One day they wite about the princess birthday, the next about geopolitical mathers. What drives them is the amount of clicks. What gives more clicks "all good in russia" or "Russia and Kazhakstan arguing"
The southerners favorite newspaper is full of russian propaganda. It's viewpoints are questioned trough debate and not illegalised trough a label as an foreign agent.
Most westerners don't care if Russia and Kazakstan is arguing or not, they see that russia has started a war and is the agressor and automatically take Ukraines side. Does russia have a point on Ukraines treatment of Russian speakers - well yeah, but the invasion of Crimea didn't really improve that nor is a full out war justified.
The head purpose of today's major medias is to form people's opinion using propaganda. It works in Russia, Norway, Guate-fucking-mala, everywhere. The average reader isn't smart, he should run into the sense of the articles like a horse with blinders. There are no many who can doubt what's providen to read and even less who can check the sources and think critically. Every major media, especially the state-controlled ones, have the editorial policy and the general line which has to be abided and submitted by those who work in this media. It's impossible that some article or some reportage could leave the editorial office with no approval.

This is a weak excuse. Try again.
Of course you wont find anyone sane to defend Russias actions
Check the comments below this video. This is Canadian media, for example. Being dumb, you won't get the world doesn't move round the agenda you are forced to consume. You will be surprised but the world is not even the place in Germany where you live. There are China and India with 3 billion people population, Africa, South America. Many people's opinions there is different from yours.

Some norwegian propaganda: https://www.vg.no/nyheter/utenriks/i/nW … til-ansikt
I am curius on how this is portrayed in Russia.
I don't understand Norwegian, so I used a translator to read this article. Just a quick analysis of how to work with information:
The day after Tokayev's statement, Kazakhstan's oil exports through the Russian city of Novorossiysk were suddenly severely restricted, reports theins.ru .
This "theins.ru" is not a Russian media, it has a status of a "foreign agent". The media is sponsored from abroad, supposedly by the US to post anti-Russian agenda with propaganda, fakes etc. There are many of such media here and the information about the status of "The Insider" is not a secret. The journalist who wrote this article didn't even check it.
Honor?
On Monday, Kazakhstan responded by blocking 1,700 railway cars with Russian coal, the Kyiv Post reports .
The interesting thing is the marker of bias in this sentence — Kyiv. Not long ago it was Kiev everywhere and now, when somebody writes the name of the capital of Ukraine like it's written in this article (Kyiv), just shows what's written below and above is biased, definitely pro-Ukrainian and anti-Russian. But this is not what makes sense in this sentence. What really does is the journalist who wrote this doesn't even bother himself to check the website of the Kazakhstan government using an online translator.
https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/tr … 72?lang=kk
I haven't read below, it's enough for me to realise the given information is unreliable and doesn't worth to read. What I really do not understand is your intention particularly and Europeans' generally to consume such information, like you are thirsty for someone's problems in Russia, waiting day by day when it will be worse for the people. I heard of the problems that people got in Poland, UK, Pribaltika, US and the other countries because of their own sanctions, like high prices for some things, some products availabilities, strikes, protests etc. I'm not gloating over someone's problems, unlike you are. Actually, all these lies and propaganda from the Western media made a major contribution into the perception of what is going on. I've changed my mind and I think that Ukraine got what they really deserve. What about Europe... Last Autumn I was in Greece and I know for sure I won't go to Greece or the other European resorts for vacation this Autumn. I don't mean, of course, they'll lose much from my not visit, I just don't want to be there, where people are waiting for something that may cause problems to me.

In fact back in the date Vladimir Putin was admired by thousands of people all over the globe, until the actual things came up and the people figured out that him and his goverment minds are trapped back in the 1960´s- 1970´s. It's like if they been behind a wall watching their borders with binoculars this whole time, more than 50 years, ridiculous.
Most of the other countries around the globe evolved, looking forward to work together with other countries that in the past they might even never thinked of.
By the date of today Russia could have developed the same technology if not better than China does right now, we just have to remember that in the 1960´s- 1970´s there were only 2 countries with the best technology EEUU and Russia, China back in date was that country that had millions of chinese dealing with rice and sending cheap plastic toys around the world and now they develop the best technology.
Even children in the kindergarten are less naive. Here is a little bit of Russian propaganda for you personally about how the ones who develop and evolve do things in Europe.
Have you missed Russian propaganda? Here is something for you from the president of the European Commission.

If I'm guessing correct "we" are "other Jokers players" and "nordic players" are players with some sort of advantage?
When I joined bf-league many years ago some of the very best players were german and dutch players - what happened?
In my last funwar vs Lop/Invictus they had a french player called Sommarel on their team and he was allmost unhitable for me and most of my teammates, but isn't it just the way BF1942 acts sometimes - in mysterious ways...

I'd better post this link in regard to this person. He's a sadist who started from killing dogs and in 2014 he's gone to Ukraine because he got a chance to kill Ukrainian militants. I completely agree he's total nuts and a disgusting person. But a person, not tens of thousands like him in Ukraine, supported by the Ukrainian government.

s border that is so closely tied to his own, culturally, socially and so on, that becomes an example of a democracy that works.
The big problem and probably the bigger irony is that Ukraine had the best condition of its democracy, economy and people's rights before the revolution in 2013. After the revolution, Ukraine became the most totalitarian and despotic country the Europe ever seen in the past decades.
This is as far as I could trace the video back so far. Its for sure not from 9gag haha.

How can such photos be possible?

Edit: And btw im just alluding or pointing at something that might go on, but quite frankly its easier to wage war if the part of society that has the political power doesnt care about the high casualty rate. And they dont care because a minority is suffering the most. One thing you can say for sure: Putin aint stupid. He is a murderer but he isnt stupid.
People from the first video are from Kirgizstan. It's another place and another country. The photos from the second link are the people from Republic of Tyva and Buryatia. These regions are the federal subjects of Russia. There is nothing wrong with their Asiatic look, they are relatively close to Eskimo people. I'm sorry if it harms your true Arian insight, the Nazis are closer to you.
You are relying to a rusophobic Twitter account with a lot of fakes, which shows the video from Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan, Turkmenistan or another Asian country. I don't even know the language they speak. I'm not even sure these people are militants, they have no weapons, no uniform and sandals instead of boots. This video has its origins from 9Gag.
I'm sharing your comments with my colleagues at work to show what Europeans think about Russia and the quality of information they get from their media. They all are completely agree that you are a dumb fuck.
As a person who was in Crimea not long ago as a tourist I can only state this is the region where 90% of people support the reunion with Russia, which made the peninsula the federal subject of our country. These "little green men" is the sarcastic way to call them, they haven't fire a single shot and everything was very peaceful. Again, you are talking about the things you do not understand because you do not want to understand. I believe it's not due to lack of information, everything is in the free access in the Internet. You are just behaving like a teenager girl on her period, trying to justify the stupid acting against the solid and proved facts.
...
Russians blamed the Nazis for invading Russia. (Make sense).
Now Russia blame the Nazis for invading Ukraine.
Isn't that a bit cheap?
...
No. The civil war in Ukraine has begun after the revolution in 2013 and mass murders. Like in Odessa, for example. Crimean people gone away with their peninsula from Ukraine and people of Donbass expected the same but it didn't happen. The war has started. Ukrainian officials call it "anti-terrorist operation". The longer the war, the more Russian passports these people got on their own. Mostly to get some payments like pensions, disability compensation, sometimes for the labour permissions etc. In 2022, the size of Ukrainian army was enough to devastate Donbass. Hence the reasons like protection of Donbass people, denazification, demilitarisation and the others things like no NATO, no nuclear weapon etc etc.
There is a good Telegram channel to observe the history of Ukraine 2013-2022. Maybe it will be interesting to watch what happened in Donbass in 2014 for some people because you won't watch it on your TV.

The irony is that Germany also supports Ukraine with weapons and, if American aid is called "lend-lease", I'd rebrand German aid into "From Third Reich to Fourth One".
There was a good way out from the civil war for Ukraine, which is called Minsk Agreements or so-called Steinmeier's Formula but Ukrainian Nazis blocked it and promised to hang Zelensky.

This again huh? All those you mentioned got 2.15 % of the vote in the last election in Ukraine. How many seats did they win? 0! Russia attacked Ukraine. Russia is murdering civilians. Russia is bombing cities. Russia is responsible for all the shit happening right now. Looks like I have to repeat this in this thread everytime I post because many of you love to ignore those simple facts.
The number of seats doesn't matter if they are active and well-organised. 40 thousand of active protesters are enough to make the revolution in the 40 million people country, like it was in Ukraine in 2013. Hitler started from the beer talks, how much seats has he got those days? If you don't know or don't get something, you better stay silent and keep your mouth shut, in this case you could look smarter.
