Why it's a problem to call police and to pass them the child, so the police could try to find his parents if possible or to put him up for the living somewhere in the orphanage?
I don´t think there is a problem in doing it, but they rarely give a fuck. Some of the local media here says the girll received some help (water and food)..
Also the orphanage system here is terrible.
This little girl it is not the only one tho. In provinces like Cordoba at least 50% of kids and teens live in poor conditions and in the whole country the 47%.

This is Tunina, she is a depressed cat. I know that because the only shit she does all day is sleep and eat. If you relate to her you got a problem man.
He is Chimo, i did not get a better photo because the little fucker won´t stop moving.
