I don't think so, just accept him as is. There are a lot of weird people here, Merlin is just one of them. Let him be.
i accept everyone as he is. Black/white jew/muslim straight/russian. But it is my job as an admin to keep the server a nice place to play in. So i accept merlin as he is, but if he keeps trolling around i will ban him.

Wow Merlin, you just get unbanned and instead of being happy about it you still keep flaming and insulting. How about learning some manners? Even your ban appeals are full of insults and the fault never is in you. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror and think long and carefully why people treat you like they do.

and after put downs about how well you do your favourite hobby because people were playing unfairly, biased, even rigging play and deliberated targeting, cherry picking both in play and conduct towards me, then the multi trolls on the same days,
little to nothing done about them in time, then rebuked for dissatisfaction in all of this, and then finally capping it, Dr Sun here thinks its his business to give me a diagnosis I don't have or need to be given,

Yes, if i am present and you tell me a player does not play by the rules i will spectate that guy for a while and then, if nessecary kick/ban him. Just ask an admin for help, we are there to enjoy the game and also to help keep the server a nice place

thanks you for your useless awnsers, even in private chat where i am realy trying to help u out on this. your awnsers give me the feeling that the cause of youre problem lies with everyone else exept you. So, If you dont improve youre behaviour and follow the server rules i will ban you again...
So you have 2 options
1. improve your behaviour and play by the rules and have a super fun time on our servers.
2. keep it up as you do now and be banned/kicked like every day.....

Arkos's admin rights should be removed ASAP. He shoots my M10 while I am repairing it and then I team kill him because he is a threat to me, then he kicks me. When asked ''why did you shoot my M10", he replies: "an enemy was around.'' Are this kind of low-skill admins really necessary on SiMPLE servers? I'd like to speak to the server manager, please.
Wrong place for this topic i think For my opinion Arkos is a good admin, please contact him and explane what happend and that you don't like it. Maby there is/was some form of miscommunication ongoing. If still not satisfied please start a new topic about this ''problem''

Hey Mr Booze,
that was no accident; you were banned by me for 1 week; you shoot my plane on purpose while reloading; map was husky, no enemy was close - you just did it for getting the plane. This you did already several times in the past; for plane as well as for defgun. I used another nick so you didnt see its me... Next time you are off for a month. You often disbehave and got kicked and short-time-banned already a lot just by me. Please change your behavior; a lot of players would certainly appreciate that!

you shoult certainly ask for an unban because it seems like a wrong discission from your point of view. If you would reconsider an unban please let us know the following:
- Your player name.
- Date and time you were banned.
- Server name.
Do you know who banned u? Maby he can share is side of the story too.
