Nice Millerke. Add a C47 and expand the playing area sounds great, it's going to enrich the tactical side.
I've two criticisms :
8, make the flag cap time longer
I think there is much more fun with maneuver warfare. The raids and the quick flag captures should be fostered. The trench warfares are boring, especially when one of the teams get stuck in his main base.
move the F5 flag
I find this basin's area original. We see less tankfights over there. Inf have every chance of challenging for this flag. That's adding variety to the map's gameplay.

Anyway, it's useless. If you can distort a picture, you also can always distort it back close to original and use Google image search.
Sure. But you need more than two click in order to cheat, and who want waste time cheating for this kind of game ? it's just for fun.

I know only 1 way to do this - make no key server full first and people will come to RTR-SW. I saw before it works.

Road to Rome and Secret Weapons maps have to be changed somewhat, I think there is lack of vehicles in some.
I'm not sure if it's possible to add a fixed number of bots to maps. Bots will fill all players slots, meaning if it's a 48 players slot server, it will have 24 bots each side.
What about a no key server ?

It's not me, it's a well-known meme in Russia. It's Slavik, but he also known as the "interesting person". This interesting person is mad and if that wasn't quite enough for him, sometimes he was in mood to mix pills with alcohol together which led him to become insane and dangerous for his neighbours. Also, Slavik has been registered on the books of the local police inspector and once there was a case when he got his pills with alcohol, made some brawl and forced the police officer to broke his door down. It was a reason of his claims to fix the door. It sounds funny in my native language, because Slavik says the same phrase: "Saw my door back! Saw my door back! ...". According to stylistics, it's not correct but sounds funny.
Strange to say but this dude seems to me rather friendly

It's easy to cheat at this game using Google Image :
I have a suggestion to prevent cheating. Go to : http://ipiccy.com/
Start editing and upload your picture. Then, apply « Neon Glow » or « Cyber Vision » filter to it.
This takes less than half a minute
Google Image can no longer recognize the picture. Human does. Leo in the process of groping Kate can be easily recognizable.
This is getting more complicated but I think it's the only way to avoid cheating
I did several tests. Only the « Neon Glow » and « Cyber Vision » effects are irrevocable (there is no way for cheaters to go back to the original image).

Add bots, open up the serv to no-keys or wathever... we need to do something. It's a pity to see the RTR+SW empty and at the same time Dux, Yehoodi and many others playing on another serv.
