As far as I know, this kind of business was a thriving one only a year or two.

Like nämeless wrote it, Windows has the "netsh" command. It's netsh advfirewall. you can find documentation for it.
As far as I know, XP/2003 uses "netsh firewall" context instead of the "netsh advfirewall firewall" to control Windows firewall from console. You need Vista/2008 or higher to use "netsh advfirewall". So, I was wrong then and "netsh" command is useless to block external IPs, ranges and subnets in XP.

I suppose it's impossible to argue constructively with political disagreement and conflict, especially if the conflict is between Jews and Arabs, and the result of the conflict depends on the opinions from the both sides of members that were engaged there. There should be the third side to settle but nobody guarantee it will be unbiased. I don't want to discuss. I could only support Bud with Joint and their Stone-age chicks.

No, light-green is measured relatively to red. Red - more damage, light-green - less damage.

for m10 and tiger you can, if you shoot him with another heavy tank, or t34 yellow(this tank does most damage)
The tank was already damaged then. Run the local server and check it shooting at the empty tanks with one shot.

You can't bring over 100% hp damage with one shot for heavy tank in any way.
