I readed "carefully" and what i see it is a guy saying "i didn´t broke any rules" then proceeds to say "oh, ok, yes i broke some rules like evading a ban and teamkilling".

The troll defense, really? I can't speak for Toasty, having never encountered him (aside from during the 20 minutes between Guadalcanal and Battle of Britain yesterday), but in what possible sense am I a troll player??
I'll respond in chronological order, as things happened.
1) "They came in and broke the rules."
Actually I broke one rule. "We" didn't do anything together aside from chat. And we weren't exactly being friendly with each other. In Guadalcanal, I shot down Sunshine ONCE upon takeoff after he was well into the air. Didn't think this would constitute attacking the uncap. Yet, I was kicked right away. So, naturally, I came back and complained about the stuffy rules and enforcement on your server. Is this so far-fetched?
4) "Country-Mac then evaded a ban 2 or 3 times. I then IP banned him."
I will admit to the things I've done. I did this. I changed my CD key about three times to come back. We were in Battle of Britain at this point. Like I said, I returned in protest and began shooting down friendly planes. This is not a normal thing I do and this is the only point at which I tk'ed. Cue the IP-Ban.
Man, you contradicted yourself in a few lines. You evaded and started shooting friendly planes, that is enough for a perma ban.

So, we were playing Battle Of Britain, the match was almost over because we lost the factories. But we still had the carrier and a chance to win, but then this guy deliberately beaches and puts the carrier in the red zone (retreat zone idk) you can see this at the start of the video in the top right.

The worst thing is, that this guy was playing axis all the match and switched to do this crap. Sorry if could not start recording before, but when i realized what he was doing it was to late.
Please ban this moron, nobody should tolerate this type of behaviour.

Hi guy I was playing in omaha, I make it to the hills and I was banned for not reason.
I don't cheat, tk or play in a wrongful way. Im handicapped veteran and I love playing in your server playing bf is not just a game for me, it help me to heal mentally and emotionally ,I know there are kids playing, for respect to all players I don't use strong language and treat people with respect. I will really appreciate if you unban me.
My nick at the time of ban was "jen"Another observation: As you had notice the BF community is smaller everyday. Please think of that before ban someone.
A warning first is a good option to persuade players from disrupting the game. Banning people kill the community. I know there is some players you deserve it but at least a ban warning will help everybody.Thanks
