Hi all,

i saw that there are 3 servers running,

1 is always busy, 1 has some players mostly in the evening (for me)

and 1 , called "new maps" where i never saw anyone playing,

why not run battlefield Vietnam on that server?

to me, Batttlefield Vietnam is a totally different gameplay,
different weapons, really cool choppers, whats not on any map elesewhere,
and, without question, the best music

new maps can simply be introduced on a existing server where people play,
also takes care of some feedback,
introducing new maps, on a server, but hardly anyone checks them,
doesnt give any feedback

i'm quite sure that quite some people would love to play Battlefield Vietnam

hi all

i'm kinda new here, didnt play for a long time, like 15 years
and found and installed it again..

i was playing at SiMPLE l 1942, for the first time even
on the map Guadalcanal..

i was playing at the japanese side, and got a PT boat,
and moved that boat in front of the allied airfield,

a plane got off, i waited till it was fully airborn, and started shooting,
at this point he was already heading right, towards the open sea
what also means he was fully airborn,
this player turned around, was heading for me, and i shot it out the air,
killed me too, the plane wreck went down on me

seems that this was an admin, who also seems to be pi**ed i shot him,

he kicked me without any warning!? thats normal?

so i logged back in, and he accused me of shooting a plane who was taking off,
what i absolutely did not,
ofcourse a discussion, and apperently he wanted to be right,
and didnt stop his bs really,

i asked him several times if im allowed to be there,
first no answer, then he said, i could be there, but not shoot a plane taking off,
what i did not, i also answered that..
but he kept accusing me of wrong doing,
then he threatened to ban me if i did it again,
well, do what again?, dont shoot a admin because he could get pi**ed?
(i didnt say that tho)
i just said he should quit with his bs, and not accuse me of not keeping the rules

and got banned!? i honestly dont know how long, and even care less,
didn't really like this welcome after a first kill when i enter a server,

if this is the level of admin's on the servers, you have a serious power trippin issue,

i'm not sad, or even angry, just a bit dissapointed.

i had quite some servers running in the past, the first 5 years it was online..
but also had very strict rules how a admin should behave,
if this would happen back in the days, his admin rights would be revoked, immediatly,

chasing people away, kicking someone without any explanation,
threatening to ban people, and simply pushing his
own opinion, when he knew he was wrong,
very very bad!!

admins should have a positive influence on a server,
this was a absolute abuse of power!
