If I owned the server and a player was banned more than once and it was ALWAYS a bullshit ban...then I would probably have no issues with the player....just the admins.

No scope players that know their point of aim/impact can and do hit at distances and with such speed that you would think it was not possible.

The hit box in BF is an interesting thing in itself...some of the better players have long ago figured out the dynamics of movement as related to the hit box and use it to their advantages in game.  Similar to being shot when you duck behind sandbags from a standing position for instance...for a moment...your hit box is still above the bags even though you are not.

It is not an unknown issue and currently there is no description of this in the rules.
