I did a small change to autobalance system in BF1942 server, it now does not switch killed players to the team with less players , it only prevents players from switching to the team with more players, when autoteambalance is activated.
To add that change to bf1942_lnxded.static binary, at offset 0x105C26 change byte values from 75 08 to 90 90 and to bf1942_lnxded.dynamic it is at offset 0x10CC96. To BF1942_w32ded.exe at offset 0x73AD5 change byte value from 74 to EB.

In my opinion, all these mod events should have 2 previously arranged teams, and have players register freely to each team. That way it will attract more players and be more organized, than expecting anyone to join the event.

I watched a little bit of your public streaming yesterday and it had very good quality with no hiccups. I only wish you were a native english speaker, because I barely understand a word in german.

I don't remember exactly, it was some time ago, I think some No CD patches for Battefield Vietnam did not patch correctly for LAN gameplay. That 'Data differs from server' is because your BFVietnam.exe has a different CRC than the executable hosting the LAN server. I believe BFVietnam SiMPLE patch addresses this error.

Of course dary, it is always interesting to watch good quality streams of clan wars. Make sure to add some delay to the stream, so nameless can't take a peek during the war.

I am more of a Star Trek fanboy, never liked Star Wars. Nevertheless, it is seems a very interesting mod, a lot of work was put into it. Maybe it was Galactic Conquest which inspired Battlefield 2142, like Desert Combat influenced Battlefield 2.
I don't know how you find those video relics.
