Are you sure?...not to bang you on the head but...if you have that amount of playing time on the USA server how on earth could you miss this:

1) -- DO NOT TAXI to vehicles or planes --
2) DO NOT USE VEHICLES OF ANYKIND AS TAXI"S
3) -- DO NOT TAXI to vehicles or planes --
4) DO NOT USE VEHICLES OF ANYKIND AS TAXI"S
5) -- DO NOT TAXI to vehicles or planes --

So that is exactly how many times "do not use a vehicle as a taxi" flashes in server.  Every 3 minutes a different message flashes to all players.  There are 60 messages total, including repeats like above.  So in 180 minutes or 3 hours, all players are flashed 60 messages of which 5 times it says "do not taxi" in one form or another. 

So at 120 hours of playing here you have been barraged over 200 times with "do not taxi" alone.  How many times during your 120+ hours did you see warnings and kicks/bans for the same?

It's obvious it's no skill video Razor. His only intention is to piss on as much as he can.  Simon is a ban evader...there is no explanation needed on any action taken with him.  If you want to discuss him with someone...talk to nameless.  Since you asked, he was kicked for high ping along with FMA at the same time by the server operator.  There have been some server problems of late...some players are spiking and getting the boot.

It's been rebooted/restarted multiple times guys.
