But you can check the logs, all of them tked a bunch of players.

Yes, I know that. You and a FEW other  admins are always an exception when I say stuff like that.

But unfortunately, the majority of the admins don't and wont take their admin position seriously for some ''odd'' reason.

Most of them rarely react to reports,  or when they do, it's almost always a useless warning. (a !warn for a permament troll is as useless as something can be.)

I often hear some admins say stuff like:  ''i'm busy fighting others''  or ''I was not paying attention to the chat'' and stuff like that.

I can understand when an admin is checking someone thru remote, or in a dogfight where they focus just on the target, or simmilar stuff, but when most of the times they play as inf, and  say stuff like: ''I didn't look at the chat, I was busy with fighting.'' that's just pure bs. and that can't always be their excuse.

Just a few days ago when I was playing on gazala, there was  1 continuous troll which I, DrStrange, and a few others reported him multiple times, but  the 3-4 admins present didn't give a single fk about the reports, only after about 10 minutes of continuos base-attacking he was finally banned.

I wouldn't be typing this right now if (those) admins were to understand that being a player manager (admin)  means you have to REGULARLY check the chat for reports, and respond, and not only when THEY are affected by the trolls. If it weren't for the few admins that DO respond to reports, the server would've been alot worse than it already is. Nameless for example may not be the best admin, but he always pays attention to the chat and always responds quickly, like a true admins should. If he can do it, why others can't??

The rules definitely need to be enforced and the admins have to pay more attention to the chat/players, otherwise they just waste the admin spot.

Let me give a very good example of what a good admining is:

In 2013, there were 3 REGULAR players on fhsw server, they havent broken any rules before, and 1 day all 3 of them started to use racist remarks during the whole map time, there werent any admins present when that happened, but 1 player  reported them on the forum, and all 3 of them got PERMAMENTLY banned both on the forum and in-game for using racist remarks. Ofcourse we all know something like this would never happen in simple server because unfortunately, quantity over quality is preferred.

(The above message  ofcourse doesn't apply to you, vertigo, combat, flettnerman, and a few others who are an actual admins.)

This was just my 2 cents about the server, and the admins.  Im pretty sure this comment will get laughed off by some admins, but frankly, I don't care at all.

EDIT: just incase someone gets me wrong with the above message:

I'm NOT saying all of the admins that are admins should be PRESENT on the server all the time and look for the chat all the time.

I'm simply saying those admins that are ALREADY present on the server should just pay MORE attention to the chat and RESPOND.

Yeah, it sucks that  the conditions to have vp9 codec is to  have either

a)  a high view count,

or

b)  the resolution of the video has to be ATLEAST in 1440p.

If I saw right, he got kicked out  for ''disruptive gameplay'' 2 days ago, and when he came back, he continued to drive the jeep around the airfield/vehicles as always. He doesn't even play, he just likes to destroy/waste own vehicles or do stupid stuff with them.

Personally, i'd like to see conquest el al more often. IMO, CTF is just boring.
