I think you have just answered your own question.
when ever you see another player doing things that he or she is not supposed to do you just report that player in the chat and the admin will do something about it. (be polite or more respectful towards the others and do not teamkill any player who is doing something wrong)

Aight but why he kicked me when i quoted myself? He just saw a bad word and kicked me then banned.
i got banned on market garden just 10 minutes before.
I tked player who shoted to friendly plane, then i wrote "fuck u" to player on chat and got kicked.
Fine, my bad.
But then i asked why i got kicked and i wanted to write to admin on chat with quoting myself with "fuck u"
i got kicked for that (wtf)
i asked again why and i got kicked and i got banned by admin.
what the hell is wrong with this guy (admin name "Serbian Slodier" or something like that)
