Tk troll

Tking troll needs some kind of perma ip range ban, causes other players to be tked at times and major disruption, it is often daily, all day, he demands money to stop which is illegal extortion, ill never pay because like terrorists that kidnap and demand ransom, pay them once and they will feel free to take more, do what they did anyway, and still demand money and get it, so please if something could be done

Also they will likely appear under some handle on this very thread

Also I have stated before it is highly unusual and biased of an admin to ignore certain tkrs on purpose, nameless has done this and he never gets tkd by this guy, and always neglects his tking actions,
then today, this troll very active, after multiple kicks, was leaving post kicked messages like "Nameless pays me to harass Merlin"
how the plot thickens...
