Which one i should go for? And why
http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=27591 60HZ
http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=30079 144Hz
This one has "amd freesync" which wont work on my nivida GPU (g sync)
My fps on most games about 60-100 will i benefit from 144hz?

I would buy one with good input lag for gaming.... Like Dell U2414H, Dell P2714H

Don't chase for high frequency if you can't even play at 100+ Hz.

No screen like this here
buy 144hz, because the servers are built today and in the future have a 90Hz+ tick rate. So you need a monitor that support the high tick rate of the server.
As an example servers for (battlefield 4 and soon 5) and (NFS 2016) and more.
If you don't start playing new games, it is of course not necessary
I cant reach 144 fps nor 120
Wait..
4k screens run on 60 hz
The monitor that offer 144hz here is aoc
Is it good company? ?
Philips monitors here offer high response time 5-12 ms(the available in the market here)
I went for smasung 60hz have to wait 5 days till arrive ,No regrets
