200 HBS 2,5/87,5

I just played Iwo Jima roughly half an hour ago on SiMPLE Fra, admin commands didn´t work.
someone was complaining about "200 HBS 2,5/87,5"(number 7) that he is teamkilling in revenge for ingame kills.
He had allready 9 points less than kills but he was sometimes fixing that with captured flags.
I looked over his shoulder for a while and couldn´t see it but once he died he switched to allied team, got another heavy point deduction for teamkills and switched back immediately. It happened too fast for me to follow him with spectating but the case seems to be clear for me. We couldn´t warn or kick him but i think he needs a little ban.
My screenshot for the Name and Number shows 15 less points than kills, i don´t know how many he got for flags.
