Banned and half deserve it

I was banned for 1 week(yeh i know, harsh isnt it!) by Timmos something or other for mining his tank in the map Stalingrad at around 5:00pm 05-09-2012 on the simple bf1942 no CD key (frencH) server. I mined him because another admin 'Penner' mined me when I got in a tank before him after it spawned(he left straight away btw). I thought he came back as Timmos so I skillfully mined his ass( apologies Timmos if it was not you). I only ever tk in revenge or when some monkey takes my tank while im fixing it. Im not looking for the ban to be lifted cause I could do with a break from battlefield anyway, it sucks up too much time!, but I do want to put the point across that i dont tk for no reason. Pip, you cant tk, period! You can have all the reason but tking or breaking the rules makes you no worse. If that occurs again report to an admin, dont make justice by your own hands.

Regarding the ban we´ll check the logs and asap we get back to you. Be patient now.

Pip, just tell an admin that your tank was stolen he will be kicked or banned if repeater. When no admin answers then you can teamkill.

it was me pip, the real timmos.. in my opinion you deserved it because when i got in the tank you put a mine on me, i just got in the server.. didnt know from anything so thats why i gave you the 1 week punishment, but for me its ok if the ban will change to 1 day.. as long you never do this again am fine with it

Anyway I just got laid off today so Ill need something to pass the time and what better way to waste your life than spawn camping the airfield on Guadalcanal..........................CTF

Ill try to explain it again. I have nothing against you, i and you can swear freely if u want, as along as itys not to offend directly others or diss the server and the map its on. Im no saint neither and I usually flame when im pissed but i know the limits.

i do Private and I did from the beginning i just want you to try to moderate your "rantings" when it comes to the server itself or admin work. That is really annoying and sometimes you can be out of luck like that day. It was a pretty stressfull day for me and i just wanted to have fun and admin as best as i can and there u were ranting about the server. You were unlucky since i was a bit stressed and I just reacted to it. That can happen anytime with an admin especially if he sees a player doing the same stuff all over again as you might imagine.
