So I decided to make a website...

This is a small website project I'm working on for the SW Demo. It's basic HTML formatted with CSS.

Tell me what you think. The index.html file looks like this. The whole thing is still a work in progress for now, I will post pics as it is updated.

Looks great! I tried to do something similar a while back and failed miserably...

In my personal opinion though, not feeling the red text on dark background.

In my personal opinion though, not feeling the red text on dark background.

Mamba is a daltonian, so he doesnt know what u are talking about ))

I have a course I'm taking at college which is an introduction to making simple websites with HTML5 and CSS.

Yes, the site borrows a few elements from the menu.rfa file of the SW Demo. I think it would look nice like that and would give it the typical Battlefield look.

@Nathan: I'm still learning the CSS code as this is written.

For those that have extensive knowledge in building websites, I would like to know if  I could get a hand with building a live server query on my webpage. I have to know PHP for that and know absolutely nothing of it.

Fortunately, there are some PHP scripts that have already been written for that (GameQ server library is the one I'll use). I just don't know how to include those scripts on my HTML file.

i know you dont use ucoz, but maybe you can ask on their forum, there are alot of experts that might help you, somewhere you have some topics about custom scripts i think

thomas you must have a webserver like xampp to use .php and shtml and others...
but anyway the best host that ive liked it
