its not excessive buddy... i have seen plenty of guys get banned for taking an "in use art"...

if i was admin i would only kick u a few times, when u spawn and get a tiger for example, i kick u just for the fun of it, and when u rejoin i be laughing like a devil... but thats me (i wouldn't exclude anyone for it, i should maybe)

That's the thing, the artillery was NOT in use, it was just sitting there and an enemy tank was coming.

Oh sorry t-bone,
In that case they should totally hands off you!!

When i see an empty tank I MUST TAKE IT before enemy gets it!! Even if u just repair ur tank close to the HOT zone i will jump into it until finish the repair. And yes i had guys scream at me for it MY TANK... omg.. some people see evil in everything i (we) do...

anyway most important thing is that u are unbanned

But getting back ur honor... good luck with that man (not sarcasm)

I always have trouble with that myself, remember u cannot get honor from in-honorable people, they will always try to drag u down to their level, just to be even, a bit odd when it is about a police officer or an admin
who are by their function already higher placed than you.

In fact i am in two running court cases at the moment. Both i won and for both we got lot of money back (more than i had spend) but next week i have another meeting with the province here. Damn people there just do not want to give back the honor. I already spoke to the govener two months ago and she said she agree with me that i should demand re-instate us. (little do these goverment workers know, it going to cost their job if they refuse, u cant buy me away!!! I care shit about the cash!).
