Admin rights

Hello everybody.
I really don´t know were to post this topic but I hope this is the right place to put this subject.
As we all seen before there has been lots of discussions about admin abuse and opinions whom should or shouldn´t be
admin on the Simple BF servers.

My question is also quite simple: If there is a complaint on a admin that for example abuse
the admin rights given and misuses the power to kick or even ban, how do you deal with that? 
Is it as some forum users suggest a fear to actually say "hey this admin is not suitable and we should cancel his admin rights" ?
What is the drill when a serious honest complaint come to your attention?
And on what grounds do you give out admin rights?

Cheers Arkos but...eh ok..? And what I expected? Maybe a clarification on my questions. Since the admins on all Simple servers are so important and kind of "act as the face", the representative of Simple 1942 servers it is valid questions.
Could you be more specific Arkos? DO you actually take a report on abusive admins serious and have a team meeting on that?

I believe in the USA Server, an abusive Admin WILL become abused by the OTHER Admins and will not be tolerated. We have meetings and Pit will address the issue(s) absolutely direct, with the perp. At the close of the meeting there will be no questions. The abuse section can be viewed by all and if there is an Admin grossly abusing, the person will become famous here and we will all know which one is the pain in the keister. Call it their 15 minutes.
  Hope this makes sense and you can see the validity.

Thank you so much for your answer Pleiadas. My experience of the USA server has always been positive and I never come over an admin that use the adm.rights in anger or abusive to other players. I think ,as Pleiades points out ,the reason for that is a strong juste USA admin collective that understand that with power comes responsibility. And most importantly: impartial. I also understand that Pit is on top of things which is key.
And FRA server, how do you adress the issues on abusive admins, besides butt slappin and having a drink..
BB, I have no report on any particular admin as now, that is why I posted this question here instead. Hope that is ok.

Just to clarify and set the record straight Pete, USA also has a bit of butt slapping too.  But usually it goes something like this:

Pete it's a fair enough question... I thought I responded last night, but obviously I just thought about it.

If you have an issue with an admin at the France server I would get with nameless afaiac he is the man...but there are a lot of guys that I do not know the hierarchy there..,they should answer you.
If it's a US admin get with me. If it's me or nameless get with tuia.  If it's tuia you are SOL.

* Your last two questions are not as easy to answer.

Thanks Pit for clarify how it works on the USA server.
Still very curious how it actually works on the FRA server thou. There seems to be so many admins on the
FRA server and there is a big difference how the mood of the game is depending on who is the admin at the time.
With ppl like Nameless as online/playing admin there is a good atmosphere and everybody enjoy their game. Same thing when ever Sunshine admins the FRA server.
But than there are these other admins on the FRA server which really seems to act in anger and execute their admin rights in a way that you get the feeling of personal vengeance instead of a an impartial evaluation. The type of admin that seems to use the server as their personal playing ground together with their old time buddies or sometimes own clan members.
That sort of admin isn´t a good representative for the Simple BF 1942 server in general and all the other mature admins of the FRA server in particular.

Maybe I won´t get any more answers on this post concerning the FRA server way of dealing with abusive admins or on what grounds admin rights are given but I do hope you from time to time assesses the suitability of your admins. A bit like renewing a license.

You know... we discuss sometimes. Mostly when something came up due the "Report Abuse" or "Ban Appeals" sections.

But, it's not easy to find a consense sometimes.

Remind also that different people are acting different.

Ammmm I am not an admin but I am online every day on fourms, and I go for work but I love the fourms so much but I don’t know how to be an admin I mean I never cheated or been kicked and been banned from all simple servers. And I reported 10 hackers last week. and I know this is a hard job but I can do it!. I know all of the admins and I have 30 friends!. And I never got taxi or something. :/so...
I like Rahter to become an admin it’s called “babysitting”. I have been playing bf1942 from 2012. And I asked many many times to become an admin but they told me you are too new. So...do I have the right to become and admin plz?.
