thats because you're using the 109 (energy fighter) like a spitfire (turn fighter)
what you should do is constantly convert potential to kinetic energy & vice versa with loops (constant up and downs) if done at the right angle you could even out turn a mustang and remember this also: when circling just dive and turn a few meters infront of his direction of flying to cut him off
zero is a combination plane (turn and energy fighter) thats why it turns faster than 109

Flying in Bf1942 is just great
...
Indeed, Arkos. Makes ya feel warm & fuzzy all over just to fly it
...
Omg... after watching this clip i have to start Bf 1942.
Dam you
...
some flying hints from a noob:
you spent lots of time on cameras and you are spectating your opponent, camera changes are for getting infos and then interpolating and predicting your opponent moves , so you can have a anti move for his next move that makes you less offensive and thus less dangerous
and badtiming at using cameras, a bad timing means you have to repeat camera changes that also good for your opponent
too much use of front camera , even when enemy is behind you, you are using the first view ,there is no redlight in air
and a hint from me
avoid using rudder when circling because it only makes your plane turn slower
Oh thanks ABAS, but I don’t use Cams to predict enemy movements.
There for the enjoyment of seeing both the enemy plane and my own.
EDIT: Yes, the primary usage is for the dogfight itself of course,
but the FUN part for me is the "spectating" as you say.
Things that would only have been seen with long cam views,
like at .57 in that vid. It's not competitive, but it is enjoyable.
Hope that makes better sense..

oops .... admin lop|jazzy (citronen) attacking uncapturable main in berlin twice
jazzy & gio probably would have called it big disruption, and given me 1-3 days ban, had i done that, but when jazzy attacks uncap main, then it is of course perfectly ok
i disagree, admin jazzy is deliberately moving deep into allied main base and attacking players who just spawned there. this is clear uncapturable main base attack, in my opinion
isnt it reasonable to assume that the berlin cq deathbubble in simple fra represents the uncapturable main base border, and passing it is forbidden ?
and this seems to be the same for all uncapturable main bases in simple servers; infantry and land vehicles are not allowed to enter uncapturable main base deathbubble areas
yellow : approximate border of berlin cq deathbubble
red : first attack route
orange : second attack route
blue : players killed inside allied uncapturable main base
imagine how admins would react if i started camping in that same area
...
You brought your own drone into the battle, ... respect
...
...
The Pic reminds me on Bf2.
The Commander had a view just like this

pretty sad how the skill level still feels like 2002 in 2019

Zero was the first favorite, you can point it somewhere and it goes there straight like a arrow.
I guess i like fast and fury more than slow and thoughtful
pretty sad how the skill level still feels like 2002 in 2019
pretty sad how some one feel pro with 2 ping in a game from 2000 where everyone struggle to hit standing enemy smoking cigarette

Jazzy was offline, that's it.
No aim, no moves, still fun
This one with Jazzy reminds me of the fights with Combat where I'm laughing too much
to be even remotely competitive. good times...

Vertigo what software did you use to capture that footage?
Vertigo what software did you use to capture that footage?
Shadowplay (for nVidia cards), then cut the video with that old, cheesey "Windows Movie Maker"
