Player BIzon

Hi, some minutes ago in Invasion On Philiphines player BIzon attacked friendly cars and soldiers with tank and spamed a horn in car when i was using defgun. I writed to admin on server like 5 times about BIzon's teamkilling and trolling. He just got only a warn, i got teamkilled by him 1 or 2 times .
