hello, creating same topic because i didnt get responce on first one. so my suggestion is to simply program bots so that they will not enter vehicles and waste them, its so annoying waiting for a vehicle 5 minutes then some bot comes and steals it. please this wouldnt take much time to fix but it is very big problem

In the BFI-Mod the Bots don't take bombers.

If some vehicles having 2 or more seats, it's easy to make bots to get out from it... Just take a second seat, for example place of gunner in tank or tailgunner in plane, and press button ''1'', bot will bail out and you can occupy his place

But this does not work on all maps for some reason.

do not... I REPEAT.. DO NOT kill the bots by your "own hands". We had too many bots complaining about that here already in the abuse forum.

Indeed... get in second seat and press 1 they will get out (most of the time)

And Arkos has great advise too, just "bail-out" it also works (most of the time)

If you are in the gunner position in a tank, use F7  -F7 first, the then F6 - F7. 

It's also working in a Bomber.

You should not get kicked for spamming, because you don't have to command them multiple times.

The best is:

1. Before they took it > F6 - F7 (But only once, on the second they turn back to the vehicle.

2. If you mount a Tank as Gunner > F7 - F7, (F7 - F7) > and as soon the tank is moving > F6 - F7 then they jump out and you can take it.

3. You shall not rape own Bots.

Perhaps it depends also, how high the serverside setting for %CPU for AI and or %CPU for Coop-Bots are.

I think they dont obey if they have spotted a enemy, the attack routine seems to take precedence in thats the case.

Yes, but you know how it is.

Mostly the bots are making Picknick somewhere in the desert.

The funny thing is, that the bots are also healing you or coming to repair your vehicle, (with those orders), but it takes a while.

There was a Mod in Bf2, in a range of ~10-15 meters the enemy bots were attacking you with knifes and the medic sprinted from 30 meters to heal you. 

Was it Operation Peacekeeper Mod?

Also nice in Bf2 was the option to switch anytime the sit in a vehicle.
