I Can't connect to the France Server no key

Probably, you've edited your map files in your EA GamesBattlefield 1942Modsf1942Archivesf1942levels directory. A reinstall of the game should fix it.

editing rfa files in bf1942 is considered as cheat and will get you banned, so i suggest dont do it

If you want to create a new map, you'll need Battlecraft42 or ED42, I believe. Read this forum with lots of information about it: http://bfmods.com
But don't don't change your client map files, you won't be able to join content-check enabled servers.
