I was banned today on 03/10/2019,

Hello, which server you played (FRA, RTR-SW, Tanks a lot)? I don't see you on banlist, probably was a 15min ban.

Hi, if you are AlexMD,
Your ban on RtR SW server is for attacking the main base and it expires on 12/03 evening.
Please wait for the admin that banned you.
