They let run the AMD 2700X only on 4 cores

Also the Memory on Intel CPU was tuned, while the AMD was non-tuned.

Beside they tested only in 1080P. On 1440P the differences are even smaller.

Let's wait now on the upcoming serious tests.

I have 4790k its same as 5th 6th 7th 8th series , only 5% improvment doesnt worth of ubgrading ,what programs can make my cpu usage 100% full? Only 1 or 2 rendering maybe, so no ubgrading worth

Yes. Somehow same with nVidia RTX cards. With the newest drivers, all previous nVidia Cards deliever lower fps then before 4xx Drivers.

Wow. That sounds interesting... Dynamic Local Mode for AMD Processors. Release end of October.

Battlefield 1 > + 47% FPS. On other games mostly between 10+20%

Short version.

Amd delievers a perfect stream for the cost of some FPS inGame,  (ok the fps loss can be up to 30%, 2700X more then 40%), while Intel keeps better the fps Ingame, -9.5%, but can have stutters in the stream.

Different is Threadripper.

Clear stream with very low FPS cost.

Additionally with the coming patch for Threadrippers which should massively improve the GamingPerformance that looks not bad, but, ... TR4 costs a lot of money.

This Improvement patch, (end of October) for Tr4 is only for the 2xxx Models, sadly, because the 1xxx Tr4's are very cheap.

Some Vid - Ryzen 2xxx vs Intel in Gaming & Streaming. (Ok, he didn't write much about the system/settings. Ryzen gains a lot from Memory Clock and timings, where Intel doesn't (that much), but this pic looks different, then just reading some statistics.
