Ban Appeal & Admin Abuse/Player Abuse

So I just got banned 5 minutes ago by the admin "Abas" or whatever his name was..

Maj. Merlin got tk'd by someone and blamed it on me in game when it wasn't me (I didnt even have a tk or negative score) and then his friend said to ban Stealth so this admin just banned me right away before even checking anything or warning me or kicking me. This guy does not need to be admin. He clearly abused admin powers and listened to the stupid bs Merlin and his buddy told him.

Now on another note..

Merlin made a bunch of false reports even on the previous map to try to get me in trouble and he has been lying to admins

You can check the logs for the previous round on Coral Sea right before we switched to Gazala.. and see that Maj. Merlin made false admin reports.. He did it on previous map Coral Sea and then did it again on Gazala with his buddy and got me false banned.

He stated that I was tking, impersonating admins, and a bunch of other made up stuff to try to get me banned.

My unfair ban needs to be lifted and Merlin needs a serious time out for lying to admins, false accusations and getting people banned for no reason. He was upset because I kept calling him his real name which is Adam so he made up a bunch of lies with his friend and literally got me banned for no reason. Keep in mind Merlin talks mess about every admin behind their back when they aren't online so I dont know how admins actually listen to this guy.

Please do something about this.

What are you talking about troll?

I have never used another name in this game ever. This is probably Merlin's friend that helped him get me banned..

Any admins or owners of this server able to look into all of this?

What trolling buddy? You didn't investigate anything and you banned someone because Merlin made a false accusations and then his buddy backed him up. Merlin also made false accusations on the previous map as well. So that was two rounds in a row he tried to get me in trouble for nothing.

You don't deserve to be an admin.

No warning, no kick, just a ban, and now since I reported you.. you turned my false ban into a perm ban because you are upset.

You have NO PROOF that I did anything wrong except two trolls (Merlin and his friend) that accused me in chat. I didn't even have a negative score or anything in the kill log.

Can someone actually go into kill logs and see that there was no TK and this admin is admin abusing.

Merlin needs to be banned for false reports and this admin needs to be removed from admin. This is such non sense.

Can other admins please look into this and unban me? This guy is false banning regulars from your server for absolutely no reason and power abusing.

You are very mature for an admin let me tell you.. telling people to gtfo that you banned without any proof..

We will get to the bottom of this do not worry.. there are chat logs and kill logs for a reason.

Merlin getting players false banned left and right and then admin abuse happening and no1 bothering to check logs to do the right thing

I am still false banned for "tking" Merlin when I never tk'd him to begin with..

Sad to see someone get banned. I know ABAS and MERLIN both a bit... dont troll... its annoying for everybody! Especially when an admin tells you to stop.

ABAS is a good admin... MERLIN is very cocky but a good player generally. He runs his mouth but thats legit as long as u keep by the rules.

The owner is a very busy man. I remember he told me a month ago he sorry he reply so late and he busy. I think i waited for his reply about a month. So Stealth please be patient.

Some advise Stealth (i not imply you need advise but its all i can do, i am like you just a guest here)... when u run into merlin just ignore his words. When u run into admins just listen to them as they work hard to keep things clean for us. Seriously ABAS is an OK guy... sure we all have our quirks.

Be patient man and take good care (u can play on the =aX= server in the meantime, right?)
