Player being banned for low score, but staying

Hello,

I noticed something I thought weird just a few minutes ago on RtR+SW : a player who had a very low score (due to teamkilling) kept being automatically banned, but did not even leave.
I suppose (s)he should have been kicked, but apparently it didn't work for him/her.

Here's a screen capture I took:

The "Banning for too many kicks" message kept appearing on-screen, but the player was not kicked not banned.

At the end of the game, they had -34 points.

Dunno if they were using a hacked client or whatever, but I thought I had to report it here.

I saw that to, and believe me a admin whit his RM open would of slapp his erection down whit a big ban !!!
