Admin doesn't do his job

This complain is against admin Vojislav. I don't think he deserves to be an admin.
Today while playing on Bulge( There were atleast two admins playing at that time -Arkos and Vojislav- ), at the start of  round first while repairing some guy steals my tank. I report it once a and nothing happens. So I just carry on. Fast forward five minutes, while refilling ammo a Russian guy comes in a tiger from behind, first hits me and then kills me. I again report it but nothing happens. So I start " spamming " his ID for admins to kick him. But Vojislav replies " He said Sorry" but the only thing he wrote was " Hello. I am from Russia" so I keep on spammimg. Then he kicks me, pretty much ruining my night. I admit I did wrong by spamming but I was frustrated for no actions, especially when two admins were online.

If someone tk you you have to report to admins and on admins are to decide what to do. I warned him and i was watching if he going to tk someone again.Also he wrote in russian срр if i saw good because it fast gone from screen.Then you started to repeat like  a parrot id19 tk me id19 tk me id19 tk me id19 tk me..... What have you expect ? Not to mention your coming back to allied team and start putting mines on my tank.And when you realized that am typing ban for that you said oh my mistake...   I saw you two times on server and you acted like a troll on both maps . With spamming , trying to tk me , and later tk me without a word sorry or something like that.

Sometimes shice happends. And you have also to understand, that i really write Kicks, Warnings or Bans even when i'm flying, (ok, ... sometimes i write also some books).

Today it was just a coincidence. They tried to overrun us in G3 or allready did take the church, which i had to take back.

And you know the game. Sometimes shit happends and sometimes people are teamkilling intentionally. It's also difficult to comprehend what just happend on the other side.

And who knows. Newbies are allready scared, when hey spawned the first time in this game on Axis side. (There are games, only enemies are red). Perhaps he thought you are an enemy or an Indian Invasor

We really try to do our best. But we can't be perfect. (I can't believe i just said that.)

Ark, not speaking for you or many others, but "try our best" I cannot buy, when it comes to certain admins and me, they're deliberately doing their worst

I never understood why people tried/try to provoke you. But you also allways get in on it.

You know that it takes two to argue and your failing comments didn't make the situation eayser.
