I personally like the QuakeCon, which is a competition in which professional Quake players play various tournaments, the most famous being the 1v1 competition. The game of choice here is Quake Live, an extremely fast-paced arena shooter which requires extreme concentration and perfect hand to eye coordination to master.

The skill cap is extremely high in this game and watching a professional calibre match in this game is like watching two chess masters play vs each other.
