three small improvements

i have three suggestions for changes that will improve new simple server, in my opinion. ive been wanting to post them for over a year

i first noticed this years ago, and i have confirmed it since, by looking at 100+ end-round scoreboards from my video recordings

1) liberation of caen has too few axis tickets, which results in, that whenever there are 60+ players in the server, and a lot of action, the axis tickets always reach zero with around 11 minutes left. it was like that both at 60 slots and the current 72. its almost impossible to reach the full 42 minutes with current ticket settings, which are :

allies 1080, axis 810

my calculations point to that 200 added tickets to axis and 70 to allied will solve the problem, so that new settings should be :

allies 1150, axis 1010

2) in philippines, axis wins around 80% of all rounds (final ticket score) due to unbalanced ticket settings. it should not be like that, it should close to 50/50%. current tickets at 72 slots :

allies 630, axis 900

my thorough examinations of 50+ scoreboards, show that adding 150 tickets to allies will create near-ideal balance. so, new tickets should be :

allies 780, axis 900

3) in el alamein ctf, the biggest problem (as i see it) is not to fight the enemy or capture flags, but instead, it is getting out of own main base, due to lack of kettenkrads and jeeps. its not unusual to wait minutes, running-racing around with teammates, looking for those scarse getaway vehicles

my suggestion : add +1 to all existing jeep / kettenkrad spawners in el al ctf
