Dead Space 1, 2 + 3

Just played through Dead Space 1, 2 and 3. 

This game is really good and unique.

There's a mouse lag fix for DS1 and DS2.

All DS are supporting all WidescreenResolutions and there's a available easy working Widescreenfixer to adjust FoV for 1 and 2.

This Dead Space 1 is GoG Version. To use it with GOG Version you have to choose Origin DeadSpace Version in Widescreenfixer.

(Click on the Gear in Widescreenfixer and choose Dead Space Origin Version.)

There's a possible bug in DS1. A Door won't open. > Activate Vsync or G-Sync and reload the savepoint.

If you play them through 1 by 1, you can take over some goods from the previous game to the actual one. Modified Weapon and Suit.

The best expirience is to play it with Gsync and V-sync forced in driver, but deactivated in the games itself.

Or just force "Vsync = on" in driver and Vsync = off in the game itself, if you don't have GSync or Freesync.

And if you play them, play them in the right order. 1, 2, 3.

The story goes on.

Fantastic games with a great story! Scary at times and intense! I played them on Playstation 3 years ago.

If you play them also watch the movie Dead Space: Downfall! It is the prequel before the whole series. Dead Space: Aftermath is also a movie between Dead Space and Dead Space 2.

A nice aspect is that bodyshots are useless.

You have to cut arms, legs and head otherwise they will cut you in two or more pieces.

And it's not done with just one arm or leg. You have to cut 3 of them.

And yes, it's really scary when you play it the first time, with low power weapons and Stasis.

In Dead Space 1 i used usually Plasmacutter and Energy-Canon, Line Gun and LaserWeapon, but only after it's nicely modded.

Most important is to find everything due the game, Energy Nodes, Blueprints, etc.

In DeadSpace 2, PlasmaCutter, the EnergyCannon is great, LineGun, and the usefull modded Harpune for the Endgame. (You can take over your modded PlasmaCutter from DS2 and the suit)

And in Dead Space 3 i used a Modified Plasmacutter with Stasis and a Nailgun with ElectroShocker, others are not that funny or usefull.

oh i remember the deadspace series had lots of fun especially in ds 3

@Arkos in ds 3  you can buy  a mjolnir  its a 1 hit kill weapon (you dont even need to aim at their limbs)  and it even transfers the electric shock to nearby enemies and kills them instantly

i used that weapon and  a custom weapon with electric bolas  toxic module  damage support and maxed out damage with circuit upgrades

you can fire this weapon on ground close to enemies and it shredds them instantly

For that you have the MouseLagFix and no... they are fine.

I switched

F = Use

E = Grab with Stase

C = Stasis

Q = Heal.

Shift = Run

L = Log  (K, J, for Orders and Special Inventar)

T = GPS.

Stamp > Space  (Needed in DS2 and 3 to get more ammo, but you can do it also with Grab Stase and Push or Shot.)

Etc.

Right mouse = Aim

Tab > Inventar
