ban for an idiot? Legal?

Today I was banned for the word idiot, at 12:50 Moscow time, I was banned by the admin with the nickname Real Madrid. Advertising on the server is not prohibited? And how justified is the ban for stating a fact? I ask higher admins to understand the situation. I have repeatedly seen how many players expressed and stronger, but they were not even kicked or banned. As I understand it, this is a manifestation of personal hostility.

I remembered the incident this morning on the "battle axe" map. This pseudo-admin, ran with a gun, when I was shooting with a tiger at Sherman, I hit a tiger 3 times on the tracks, then he ran with the machine gun close to the tiger, and I shot, because the tiger could destroy me with the next shot. I destroyed the tiger, but the explosion killed and this Real Madrid. I got -2 points. Of course, pissed off, wrote that Real Madrid is an idiot. He was offended, and at first he kicked me, and then he banned me. Personal interest and revenge. Nothing more.

If a man himself jumps under the tracks of a tank, is it not idiocy ?! Or when, you shoot an anti-aircraft gun at the plane, and he jumps on the line of fire? Or when you shoot at an enemy tank, and he sees that he is going to explode now, or can he be killed by breaking a shell? In my opinion, this is the highest manifestation of idiocy !!! With the same success, when they jump at rush hour under a subway train, everyone will say that he is an idiot! It is a fact!

Another option is to show a bit of empathy towards the lesser-skilled players
and offer some guidance.  Barking out insults isn't helpful at all.

GottMitUns, don't  blame it  on Vojislav who's a fair and experienced admin, but on your behaviour.Next time apologize for tk instead of insulting your teammates please.

Gottmituns, I am sure it did happened to you befoere jumping in front of a vehicle and it will happen again. At that moment the driver must of been a idiot from your point of view. Dont afto make a poop nerve about it, just GROW UP !!!

An inf next to a Tiger who is in a fight is not really smart but of course no reason to insult. Shit happens on a battlefield.

Look, just don't walk into the middle of a firefight, ok? It's the same with an infantry firefight, some random player, usually a noob, just jumps into the middle of a firefight and gets tk-ed as well as mess up the play for the other players. Then he complains. It is not possible to mind the infantry in armoured warfare.

If you see two tanks shooting at each other get out of the way, ok?
