What is the Reason for my Spell?

About 3 to 4 Weeks Ago I was banned from the Server by "RTR + SW (FRA)" on "Bocage." Maybe it was because I shelled and destroyed a Tank that was inside the enemy base. If so, I apologize for that. It will no longer happen!
About 2 Weeks Ago I was joined by "New Master ..." Banned from the Server at "Philipines."
When I destroyed a Tank with a Grenade, 2 Players were killed by the Blast. That was an Oversight as I saw the Players too late. For This I would like to apologise again to the Players here.
Since I found no Entries about the Banishment and no Complaints here in the Forum I would like to know why such a harsh Punishment is pronounced.
When I consider how many times I've been run over From Cheeps ' own Team, blown up and shot and no one has been kicked or relegated, the Penalty strikes me as quite harsh in Proportion. It is your Decision and I will accept it no matter how you decide. But I would be happy to at least know how long the Banishment will remain pronounced. I would be even more pleased to see the Banishment lifted.

First of all.. the NEW MASTER server is NOT SiMPLE TEAM... but aX: http://forum.bf1942.sk/

Now at the moment i believe you still cannot register there to make your "case" for a unban because the owner SSK closed up the registration on the forum because a troll been posting very racist stuff.. and uuh.. this sick kid also posted videos of women getting their heads cut off by a knive (yes seriously, i wonder where these sick FVCKS come from).

ANYWAY, long story short. If you are banned on aX (new master) server then you are banned. You will NOT be unbanned. You can try but in these last two years NOBODY got unbanned and over 250 got a ban. So much for "there is no admin there" and "i can tk whatever i want".

Second of all: please share your name with the ADMINS here. Your ingame nickname... (which you used when u got banned on the "RTR + SW (FRA)" server.

Oh and seriously study the rules a bit and most of all keep good eye on the admins, if they ask you something then respond!!! Be aware that all the people here (admins, moderator and owner) supply you with this free service in a good heart. They also want to have fun, relax and have a GG. So please make sure you play this game with a smile and consider the play time of others.

Battlefield 1942 SiMPLE Server Rules:
- Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (basecamping or basebombing) is not allowed. You must not snipe at the main base. You are not allowed to shoot at planes during take-off. All other vehicles must be given the opportunity to leave their base. Nevertheless, it's permitted to air strike at a fireing AA gun or a shooting artillery that's inside the base.
- The previous basecamping/basebombing rule does not apply to Battle of Britain map and Capture the Flag (CTF) maps.
- Any form of cheating is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- Pixel-shooting is strictly forbidden.
- Please respect all players. Behavior only meant to disturb or upset players is forbidden.
- Excessive swearing is not allowed.
- Offensive or blank player names are not allowed.
- Do not spam chat or radio commands.
- It is forbidden to use jeeps as a "taxi" to get to a plane or a tank faster.
- Do not insult our admins, please respect those that put time and effort into our server.
- Do not try to evade a ban, that will lead to a much longer ban.

OH AND NOT FORGET:
On the R2R server there can be bots playing... so if a bot makes a mistake it doesnt mean you can do the same

(usually admins do to not mind u fooling around there, but if you ignore their words, then yeah... bite the dust).

Please Tell me what is meant to be "maphack." I only use the original Software with the patch on V1.61. I have never owned and used software that leads to Tampering. Game Fraud is not acceptable to me.

Thank you for your Help,
I can assure you to be an honest Player, because I have absolutely no Interest in Cheating!
Is there perhaps the Possibility that this happened accidentally because I have been constantly dealing with System crash of my PC during a running game lately? This happens irregularly and then has to reboot the PC and dial me in again. That would fit into that time frame as well.
